Paid our Money and now we wait , wait wait wait ……. I’m lobby for 2 hours still no room
We have been waiting for 2 hours to check in .! They took our money and now we are sitting in the lobby waiting ….. hot , tired and ready to check in . not happy . thanks

Beautiful Resort but food was OK
The resort was beautiful as was the amazing Nuuy Spa. We loved our large comfortable room. It was a first floor Swim suite. The bar service excelled and the drinks were spectacular, especially Calle! Our Butler Hiram was excellent and made all of our reservations and even provided us with lounge passes at the airport for our trip home and this was a great touch. On the downside, unless you were on a high floor, there wasn’t much of an ocean view even from the pools as they had high bushes protecting the pools/resort from the beach. Also, the restaurants were just fair too good, not great ( Even the Michelin star restaurant, Maria de Dolores). The 5th floor tInspira club had a nice pool with great ocean views and excellent drinks, but the service was relatively slow. We, along with about 300 other people, watch the World Cup finals in the theater, and that was really fun!

Atelier Playa Mujeres 2026
My husband and I went to Atelier Playa Mujeres for our honeymoon In August of 2026. Everything was incredible! The food was amazing, the resort was beautiful and the hospitality was unmatched!! Jesus at the pool was incredible!! He was so attentive and so kind to us our entire stay. Alexis was also an amazing help, gave us guidance along the way, and made sure we were ALWAYS happy. In between the two of them, we had the absolute best service. We cannot wait to come back again, and ¡gracias otra vez Atelier Playa Mujeres, Jesús, Alexis, y todos!
Amazing time
Blew away all expectations! Excellent food and facilities. Upgraded to the butler experience for the pool access alone, highly recommend. Also, we set up a private dinner for 9 on the beach with Armando, Julio and Fredy - spectacular! We will be back.
Best resort ever!
Absolutely the best all-inclusive resort I’ve visited. The food was absolutely amazing. The fitness staff of Andrea, Carlos, and Jonathan made the days at the pool super fun. The room and all the staff were first class all the way! Highly recommend.
