Maria and Mario front desk very kind people
My experience at the Aloft was very nice. I especially appreciated the excellent customer service. The manager, Maria Cupul, and Mario at the front desk were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and customer-service oriented. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really made a difference in our stay. I truly appreciate their hospitality and would be happy to stay at Aloft again

Great location close to the clubs. The open bar here is also great and Alexis treated us very well! Will definitely come back here if I go back to Cancun
