I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Cancun, and the bar service really made the experience even better. A special thank you to Eduardo and Fernando, who were absolutely fantastic throughout my stay.
Both of them were incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. They always welcomed me with a smile, made excellent drinks, and went above and beyond to make sure I was having a great time. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out and made me feel like more than just a hotel guest.
Eduardo and Fernando are a real asset to the hotel and deserve special recognition for the excellent service they provide.

Our experience at the hotel was made even more special thanks to the two amazing bartenders, Eduardo and Fernando. They greeted us every time with genuine smiles, warm welcomes, and such positive energy. The drinks were always delicious, but what really stood out was the wonderful atmosphere they created — welcoming, lively, and uplifting. Their kindness and excellent service truly made our stay more memorable. They are a real credit to the hotel!

Eduardo and Fernando made our time here so special. Eduardo was always so positive, welcoming and full of good energy, he somehow knew exactly what drinks to prepare for us without us even having to ask! Every single one was perfect.
Fernando was just as amazing, so friendly, attentive and always making sure we were having the best time. They both made us feel so welcome and honestly became one of the highlights of our stay.
We came for the margaritas but will remember Eduardo and Fernando even more! Thank you guys for all the laughs, amazing drinks and such good energy. We absolutely loved you and hope to see you again! 🇲🇽🍹
Great location and staff was amazing! Mario was very helpful with directions and especially with tips in taking taxi in Isla Mujeres. Overall all staff were very helpful and always willing to assist us.
