Dishan was very kind to us. We had the best experience with him and would also like to come back just because of his kindness and helpful character. Everything else was also awesome. This could be the best hotel experience I ever had.
Such a beautiful hotel with incredible service and stunning views. From Zawud in the breakfast restaurant to the front reception and housekeeping staff nothing was too much trouble. The concierge team were always friendly and amenable. The breakfast was outstanding everything you could imagine and all fresh and tasty. The beds were very comfortable, housekeeping made a wonderful display for our daughters birthday and our anniversary which was so special The beach and pool areas are clean and well maintained, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this wonderful place. For many years, the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah has been a wonderful place for us to unwind and recharge. We have already booked our next stay and will be returning for our 14th year – which speaks for itself.
From the moment we arrive, we feel warmly welcomed. We would particularly like to mention Nadeem, the doorman who has greeted us for many years. His kindness, attentiveness and exceptional helpfulness make every holiday start on a lovely note.
We highly recommend LAO. The food is excellent, and the wonderfully professional and warm service provided by Kushem and Atyja makes dining there a truly special experience.
We also enjoyed Mezzerie, as always. Rahul once again looked after us with great care and attention. There were many new faces among the staff this time, and they were all very friendly and welcoming.
At the beach, our long-standing friend Khalid and his team create a wonderfully relaxing holiday atmosphere. The service is attentive and reliable, and we felt very well looked after both at the beach and by the pool.
A particular highlight for me was my visit to the spa. Kristin is a lovely and highly professional member of the team. The extensive facial treatment with massage was soothing and wonderfully relaxing. Afterwards, I felt as though I was five years younger! Above all, it left me feeling deeply rested and refreshed.
We were also pleased with the room service. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained.
For us, the Waldorf is the ideal choice for relaxation, excellent food, attentive service and a peaceful atmosphere. Those looking for extensive entertainment and live music may have different expectations for their holiday. We particularly appreciate the tranquillity and manageable size of the hotel. For our stays, which usually last one week, the choice of restaurants is more than sufficient.
It is a place where we can truly switch off from our often stressful everyday lives and return home feeling refreshed after just one week.
