This is the third time we have visited Waldorf Astoria at the Palm Dubai and we have loved every trip! I was amazed that a number of staff remembered us from last years trip and many of the staff we didn’t know remembered our names from day 1. The service really is exceptional there and one of the reasons we chose to return (after a poor experience in Feb at another hotel!) Drinks and lunch on the beach was really prompt and staff really are keen to do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay! Big thanks to Laurence and Khalid on the beach, Su at Yu, and Gayan and the team at Mezzerie. We will be back!
This was our fourth visit to the hotel, and although we have always loved staying here (which is why we keep coming back) this visit genuinely exceeded all of our previous expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. The team were incredibly accommodating with our room arrangements, even moving rooms around so that we could all be together as requested. They also went above and beyond to make my daughter’s 21st birthday extra special, beautifully decorating the room and helping to create such a memorable occasion for her.
The quality and choice of the food was excellent, and the service from the restaurant manager and his team was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth and attentiveness really added to our experience.
A special mention must also go to the wonderful poolside team at the Adult pool. Sasi and Lakmal, who were always there when we needed them and simply couldn’t do enough for us. Their friendly, attentive service made our days by the pool even more enjoyable.
We cannot commend the hotel and its entire team enough for the exceptional service and hospitality we received throughout this stay. It was truly our best visit yet, and we left feeling incredibly well looked after.

From Simon welcoming us when we arrived with his huge smile, to Julia Yang greeting us in reception and ensuring our stay was wonderful, to SaSi by the pool, and Khalid and Lawence on the beach, every minute was perfect.
I genuinely can’t wait to go back.
