Outstanding Experience
Great location with walking areas. Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. All food venues were amazing. Especially like the lobby bar and the speak easy Aether. The pool and beach area had ample room for all guests. Great service outside as well. The hotel was spacious and creatively decorated. Shower, tub, bidet, balcony, sofa and dining table. A great place to stay in Dubai.

Breakfast and food were good, the staff is amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Saleh Yosef, who went the extra mile to make us happy.
Disliked · Hotel needs renovation though, some items in the rooms are scratched and are looking old, like coffee machine, flooring etc. Also there was some weird smell when walking through gardens, i think they were spraying some reused water.
Do not stay here! Awful service!
The worst hotel of my entire life! Service was awful and staff were rude! Ahmed from the front desk discriminated against me and called me mean names! The rooms are nasty and service is terrible! Never staying here again! My family reunion was ruined!
Do NOT Stay Here. Awful Hotel!
This has been one of the WORST experiences I have ever had in my entire life as a Marriott Ambassador Member. Upon check-in, a rude and nasty receptionist by the name of Ahmed was unprofessional and called me a liar. He said that I did "not know how the free breakfast works" and that "he has worked at the hotel for much longer than I have." My family, friends, and I are on a trip together, and he had the audacity to insult me upon check-in. When I asked for his supervisor, Lourdes, came and expressed her bad faith reaction and took his side. They made me feel so uncomfortable, and I will NEVER be staying here again. What was supposed to be a great trip together, ended up being a total and complete nightmare. These people do not belong in the hospitality industry. The service is awful, the food is not good, and the rooms are moldy. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone--stay at other hotels in the area that actually make you feel valued, and will appreciate your presence at the hotel.
