An Unforgettable 40th Wedding Anniversary Stay at W Dubai – The Palm!
We have just returned from a 9-night half-board stay at the W Dubai The Palm –to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and we could not have asked for a more magical experience!
The hotel, atmosphere, and above all, the incredible hospitality made this milestone celebration truly unforgettable. We were greeted by the lovely Joyce at reception who ensured we did not have to wait long for our room.
From start to finish, the staff showered us with so much thoughtfulness and care:
The team at the Liv Restaurant surprised us with celebratory balloons, cake and a lovely card, and even gave us another beautiful card on our final day!
Celebrating at SoBe was a highlight—the team surprised us with sparklers and shots, making the night feel so vibrant and special with our friends who also came to join us at our hotel.
On the beach, the staff went above and beyond by surprising us with an amazing anniversary cake and Prosecco!
On our last day, the team around the WET Deck presented us with another beautiful personalized card and fresh fruit.
Having opted for the half-board package for 9 nights, we had the chance to enjoy a variety of dining options across the resort, and the 150AED each per day to dine around was a real bonus.
Our experience at the Liv Restaurant was fantastic, with a wide variety of quality food to suit everyone added with the attentive service of the staff every single day.
We ate lunch at the WET Deck most days with amazing freshly made dishes of tuna and shrimp, where we were able to use the complementary dine around package.
Our nightly ritual was enjoying cocktails at Aether Bar which had a fantastic ambience and expert mixology of cocktails made by Isuru.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to the following staff for making our holiday so memorable.

The staff are what makes this hotel stand out from all the other hotels we have ever stayed in and it takes a whole team of people to ensure that every guest is given a high level of service, the W Dubai the Palm does it with abundance.

From the moment we arrived- everyone was so welcoming and great to us! We stayed in the hotel as a couple with our cat and I can not stress how great the staff were- we felt so welcome and our little princess also! Big thanks to Yassir for making sure our little girl was looked after in the best way possible . Great pool, food is also amazing, especially breakfast buffet 🤍We had a situation with food in the Japanese restaurant, but I want to highlight a great job staff did to make sure we were fine after!So far my best experience with hotels in Dubai!

We had the most fantastic experience at the hotel.
All the staff members we dealt with from the pool area to the concierge have exceptional customer services skills, they represent the W very well and you should be proud of the staff and team.
Especially thanks to Syed at wetdeck , priti in the buffet and jazzen who really is helpful with his concierge services, he.actually ensured we didn’t leave our passports which we almost did.
We will come back again.
