We have just spent a fantastic 14 days at The W on The Palm I cannot thank everyone for making our stay fantastic , however before I go any further I need to mention the following members of staff Safta for looking after us in Liv and Olivino restaurants, she was an absolute star ! Asaph for making our cocktails which were fantastic! Syed , Darius and Kevin at WETDECK , wow ! You guys were awesome and looked after us so well. Raja at pool for taking care of us on our last day. I cannot say how good this hotel was . If you want a quiet stay then don’t stay at a W as their vibe is about music by the pool which was great every day. Th pool area is much quieter than WETDECK and you can also go to the beach for total peace. We were all inclusive which was a fantastic option and worth every penny. Note that if you are all-inclusive you can book a cabana at WETDECK for free. Having stayed at other W in Dubai this one has much more to offer if you just want to stay in hotel and relax and be looked after.
Very nice hotel , everything were nice , the reception was nice ( Tamta ) I was upgraded to nice suite , nice beach, nice swimming pool , nice breakfast, thanks wisal for her outstanding service and politeness.
We stayed at W Dubai – The Palm with our family at the end of August, and we had an amazing stay.
The service was absolutely outstanding: excellent quality, availability, kindness and professionalism at every level. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are fantastic, and everything is designed so that everyone can enjoy their stay: children, adults with dedicated areas and evening entertainment, as well as quieter and more intimate spaces.
The experience is very complete, from the restaurants to the swimming pool, security, reception and valet service. We always felt very well looked after.
A very special thank you to Masswell, an amazing person with whom I had some great conversations. He was always kind, helpful and full of good advice, always knowing the right thing to say. On top of that, he is passionate about football just like me!
Thank you also to Chidi, who was always available, smiling, very funny and always bringing positive energy and good vibes.
And a special mention to Armel, with whom I had many great conversations. He helped me improve my English, while I helped him a little with his French. These were truly great human connections and they made our stay even more special.
We left with wonderful memories, but also with the feeling that we had met some genuinely great people.
I highly recommend W Dubai – The Palm, especially for a family stay. It really has everything you need to enjoy an excellent holiday.

Excellent hotel which was beautiful and well maintained. Standards were high in each and every department. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, we felt valued as customers. Every member of staff we met, were extremely courteous and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Taxi prices were reasonable, if you felt you would like to leave the hotel. Huge thank you to everyone at W Dubai. Hopefully we can return soon.
Wow… where do we even start..? We’ve just come back from an amazing stay at W Dubai – The Palm, and what a place! The hotel is a true gem - gorgeous rooms, beautiful beach, an amazing pool with a fantastic atmosphere, great food and drinks, and, above all, outstanding service...!!!! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. By the time we left, we honestly felt like we were leaving friends and family behind... ❤️ A special thank you to Skye, Brian, Daniel, Godfrey, Syed and Hind, and to the entire Liv Team and Wet Deck Family, including the DJs, for making the pool parties so much fun..! 🎶🍹☀️ You all played such a huge part in making our holiday unforgettable.
