W Dubai Mina Seyahi

As our stay at W Mina Seyahi comes to an end and we wanted to share our experience with anyone looking for a truly great hotel in the city somewhere comfortable, stylish, lively, and with genuinely excellent food and service.

We visit Dubai very often and have stayed in many wonderful hotels, but the level of service we experienced here is honestly one of the best we have come across! What impressed us most is the staff. From reception and housekeeping to the waiters, restaurant managers, bar staff and everyone we met during our stay, every single person has been incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. You really feel that the hotel pays attention to every detail and, most importantly, to its guests.There was never a moment when we asked for something and it was forgotten. Every request was handled quickly and with care. That kind of consistency is rare and says a lot about the management and the team they have created. The food has also been one of the highlights of our stay. Depending on your package, you can experience several restaurants with completely different cuisines, and we tried almost all of them. We booked our dinners in advance and every experience was excellent, fresh ingredients, generous portions, beautiful presentation and really interesting flavours.

One of our absolute favourites was Greek Restaurant The food, atmosphere and service were outstanding. Everything we ordered was delicious, and it is definitely a restaurant we would recommend visiting during your stay.

A special mention also has to go to breakfast at Ginger Moon. Breakfast is fantastic, with a huge variety of fresh food and different options every day. My husband is currently following a specific diet, and Vijay was especially attentive and helpful with his food choices!!We really appreciated the care, patience and personal attention. Amal was also wonderful throughout our breakfasts — always welcoming, attentive and happy to help. We also loved spending time in the lounge on the ground floor. A huge thank you to Raj who was incredibly attentive to us and always made sure we were comfortable. The atmosphere there is great, the drinks are excellent, and the whole team is very welcoming. They were also very helpful in explaining the Marriott Bonvoy benefits and making sure members know what is available to them. We also really enjoyed Bounty Beets,SiuMiu,Italian and Spanish restaurant! Bounty Beets was fresh, healthy and full of flavour, while SiuMiu offered a more unique Asian dining experience with beautifully presented and delicious dishes.And you should def try tartar from Spanish restaurant-thanks to Ms Smirrti she advised us beautiful positions in menu. We would also like to personally thank Ms. Camille for helping us with our room. There was construction happening opposite our original room, and unfortunately, even with white noise, I was having difficulty sleeping at night. As soon as we explained the situation, she responded immediately and helped arrange a room change. She handled everything with kindness, understanding and efficiency, and we truly appreciated how quickly she resolved the issue for us.Also thanks for cute compliments which were sent to our room❤️ Housekeeping deserves its own thank you as well. Mujamelle looked after our room beautifully. Everything was always perfectly clean, organised and put back in its place. Whenever we needed anything extra, it was taken care of very quickly.

Beyond the service and food, the hotel itself is beautiful. There are several pools, a lovely clean beach, great outdoor areas and a very colourful, stylish design throughout the property. There are plenty of beautiful spots for photos, but at the same time the hotel still feels comfortable and relaxed rather than overly formal.

We also loved seeing the friendly cats around the hotel grounds in the evenings — such a sweet little detail that made the place feel even more welcoming.

Whether you are travelling as a couple, with friends or with children, we think this hotel works beautifully. Adults can enjoy the restaurants, bars, beach and atmosphere, while families can also feel very comfortable here.

Overall, our experience at W Mina Seyahi has been exceptional. A beautiful hotel can impress you at first sight, but it is the people who make you remember a place and want to return. The team here has done exactly that.

I wanted to update my review after the hotel completely turned my experience around.

My stay didn’t get off to the best start, and I was disappointed when I first arrived. However, I have to give huge credit to the team and management for the way they handled everything afterwards.

I was upgraded to a fantastic suite, which I really appreciated, but what impressed me even more was the level of personal attention. The manager called me repeatedly to make sure that I was happy, comfortable and that everything was being looked after properly.

Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen in any hotel — what really matters is how they are dealt with. In this case, the team, especially Rudy, went above and beyond to make things right and completely changed my impression of the hotel.

As a Marriott Ambassador, service and recognition are very important to me, and I genuinely felt that the hotel cared about recovering the experience and making sure I enjoyed my stay.

A huge improvement from my initial arrival and excellent service recovery. I’m now very happy with my stay and would absolutely return. Thank you to the management and the entire team for looking after me so well.

My family and I recently spent ten nights at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, and the experience was exceptional in every respect.

As a veteran architect and an extensive traveler, I have experienced many outstanding hotels around the world, but very few have achieved this level of excellence. The architecture, interiors, amenities and attention to detail are remarkable, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its people.

Every single member of the team we encountered was exceptionally welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring. Nothing ever seemed too much to ask, and more impressively, so many details were anticipated before we even had to ask. That level of hospitality is rare.

For ten days, we genuinely felt at home, to the point that our children simply did not want to leave.

W Dubai – Mina Seyahi has set a standard by which excellence in hospitality should be measured. We recommend it without reservation and will certainly be returning on our future visits to Dubai.
