Very nice place
I had an amazing experience at The Westin. Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere, but what truly made our stay special was the outstanding service provided by Arros.
He was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.
Exceptional customer service like his is hard to find, and he is a real asset to The Westin team. Thank you, Arros, for making our visit so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional Hospitality from an Incredible Team
We have had a fantastic stay at The Westin Dubai. The service from the entire team has been excellent from start to finish, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our holiday. A huge thank you to Jhaymar Ronquillo, who has been outstanding and is a real asset to The Westin team. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience. The poolside service was exceptional. Food and drinks were always served promptly, and the staff regularly checked on us without ever making us feel ignored. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone at The Westin for making our family holiday so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
