From the moment we arrived, everything felt beautifully refined—from the stunning surroundings and sophisticated atmosphere to the impeccable service and attention to detail. A special mention to Bea and Kenneth, who truly elevated our experience with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. What an incredible stay! Having visited many hotels in Dubai over many years we can confidently say that Sofitel The Palm Dubai is by far one of the greatest.
We came to Dubai this year to celebrate our 20th Anniversary with our growing family. Having stayed previously we had confidence that it would not disappoint and we were not wrong.
Our stay once again exceeded expectations. The experience within the Premier Lounge was second to none. Manager Elena went above and beyond to make sure our visit was special. Her attention to detail and hospitality could not be better. Her whole team made it incredibly special, not only within the hotel but guidance and recommendations to new attractions within Dubai.
With special thanks to Jaber, Summi and Dhiraj who made our children feel very welcome. What an amazing team!

Ali in the world eatery was absolutely amazing with personal knowledge of the food excellent service manors and professionalism he was so attentive getting my wife a shawl as she was cold under the air con. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Excellent food and service especially by Prabhat and Isaac who served our dinner on the 2 nights we dined at the restaurant.
