I have a personal routine to wake up early and have my 1 liter of water and my double espresso. I have been to the Premier Lounge for 3 morning and I was served by Mr. Joseph. Since the first day I was there, he was very polite and welcoming. But the most important and impressive thing about my experience is when I went there for the second morning, Mr. Joseph directly recognize me and understood my request without even asking him. This reflects the excellent attitude and service mindset and customer experience at its best and this continued on my third morning. Being a CX expert, I think this is the best way to treat customers and personalize the experience. Well done.

The cleaning service from Abul was amazing every day another animal towel on the bed amazing art. Soda, water coffee, perfume really amazing and a really amazing guy

Great Experience
Had a wonderful experience at Maui Restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to our waitress, Rajni, who was very friendly, attentive, and professional. She made sure everything was perfect and made our visit even more enjoyable.
