An incredible welcome from Jowali – truly made us feel special
From the moment we arrived at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, Jowali made our experience feel incredibly special. He welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness, helped us with all of our luggage and personally took us upstairs to our beautiful suite.
What really stood out wasn’t just how professional and helpful he was, but the way he made us feel. He took the time to show us around the suite, explain everything and make sure we were comfortable. It honestly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s home rather than simply checking into a hotel.
You can tell when someone genuinely has a good heart, and Jowali is one of those people. His kindness felt completely natural and sincere, and he went above and beyond without making it feel like he was simply doing his job.
He gave us that premium, five-star feeling from the very beginning and set the tone for what has been a wonderful stay. People like Jowali are what make a hotel experience memorable. The room may be beautiful, but it’s the people who make you remember your stay.

Lovely hotel, great location, very clean and tidy. Staff are really friendly, helpful, remember everything about you, where you like to sit, how you like your coffee and always smiling, especially Zin and Nabeel (restaurant).
We had a fantastic stay and were impressed with the hotel in general.
Our room was fantastic, very spacious, comfortable, with a large balcony and beautiful view overlooking the Palm. The hotel facilities were good and food in the restaurants was of an excellent standard with plenty of choice.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, particularly towards children. This was especially noticeable in the Premier Lounge, which we had access to during our stay. A special mention must go to Tharushi, she is a real credit to the hotel, with such a warm and friendly nature. She was particularly lovely with our little girl and made a real effort to interact with her, which was genuinely appreciated.
Overall, we had a great holiday. The combination of a large room with a view, good food, wonderful staff and overall level of facilities made our stay very enjoyable.
