Sofitel JBR is an Amazing hotel. With lovely views of sea & short walk to beach. Pool can get busy in morning, but lifeguards -Talpb and Pasupalp done a great job to find us our beds. Also thank Mubashir in gym for providing beach towels & water.
All Staff always helpful in restaurant (thank you to manager Bimarsh, and staff Amirah, Shams, Joanne, ) also the breakfast chef Senarath, food was amazing. Evening Chef Mukesh Negi always friendly and professional..food is excellent good choices every day. A special thank you to Cathrine and Edwin for serving us - nothing was too much trouble.
Our room had balcony with sea view and was cleaned every day with fresh towels & water, thankyou..lifts always working well & 4 in total.
We used the metro to visit the Creek, to take a short ferry trip - some amazing views over old Dubai.
The hotel is in a very central location with supermarkets a shortwalk away. Will definitely be back again soon.
A special thank you to Karim from housekeeping! He always keeps our room spotless and is consistently helpful, polite and friendly. His care and attention make my stay even more comfortable. Excellent service—he deserves recognition!
Hotel is clean and service was excellent. We found it was in a good location overlooking the beach. Room was spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping team were very good and standard of cleaning and room making was excellent.Overall a relaxing enjoyable stay.

He gave us fantastic recommendations for local attractions and went well above and beyond his actual job scope to assist us with several other matters.
