Due to the latest évolution of my recent comment I can now say that Sofitel management agreed to refund me and so I finally got the expected satisfaction.I hope to come another time.
Stayed here in September 2025 through to October. The hotel is fantastic, the infinity pool overlooking jbr and the sea has a spectacular view. We never failed to get a lounger everyday. The sauna and steam rooms are really good too. We opted to have breakfast included as part of our stay and we were not disappointed. There was a wide variety of world cuisines on offer and choices differed everyday so we were never bored of eating the same things. The location of the hotel is amazing too, the beach is less than a minutes walk from the hotel entrance and the hotel provides beach packs which includes a mat, parasol, bottled water, towel, etc. I didn’t use the gym but it looked very well equipped. We stayed in a corner room on the 19th floor. The view was amazing looking out over jbr and the Dubai eye. The room was spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard. we opted to have room service one of the nights for dinner. The food arrived promptly and piping hot, the staff member who brought it was very professional and friendly. We would 100% stay here again.

Hotel was nice. All the staffs members are very kind and friendly. Service was nice from arrival to departure. Rooms was neat and clean . Beds was very comfortable. Breafast at AOC was delicious with many varieties options. Front desk staffs was great and thanks to surendra at concierge for his warm exceptional and outstanding services. Infinity pool was great with stunning view pool staffs was very kind . We will definitely come back again. Higly recommended
Great base to explore Dubai using Tram, Metro and monorail concurrently. Excellent buffet breakfast, beautiful large room and bathroom, nice pool area. Walk to many shops and restaurants in local area and Marina
