Ideal for a family stay or a romantic getaway, this hotel offers the best place to stay during a visit to the United Arab Emirates. It is situated in Dubai, close to some of the most important tourist attractions such as Dubai marina. Those wishing to practice their swing will find the Emirates Golf Club a short driving distance away, whilst guests travelling with children can visit Aquaventure Water Park, situated about a 20-minute driving distance from the hotel. Designed with all guests’ needs in mind, this establishment provides a choice of different room types to meet all visitors’ expectations. In addition, the hotel includes a large range of restaurants and bars as well as a spa area, ideal to enjoy a relaxing massage after a day of sightseeing.
We have been annual visitors to the hotel since 2012. The hotel has recently gone through a full refurbishment of the rooms and this has now been extended to the garden areas with new lawns laid. The resort is looking very nice and continues to provide access to a private beach area.
In the past we have always booked flights via Emirates and then the hotel directly via the Marriott Bonvoy APP but this year given the recent unrest felt it safer (from a cost perspective) to book a package through Emirates Holidays - given earlier in the year FCDO advice restricted travel to the UAE to only essential travel, meaning travel insurance is not valid for a holiday. Booking through a travel agent would have provided a full refund if travel advice had reverted to essential only travel again.
It says a lot about the hotel management that despite not booking through the hotel APP directly we were still treated as though we had, with all the hotels staff being very helpful as always. Thank you to Mr Mohamed El Aghoury and his management team for recognising our continuing Bonvoy membership. Thank you also for retaining your staff throughout what must have been a difficult period earlier in the year. It is important to guests to have that continuity.

This remains an excellent hotel in an excellent location and we are already looking to book our next visit next year.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The view from our room was stunning and the room itself was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The stay at the Sheraton was very relaxing, there was an issue with our room which was quickly resolved and a complementary meal was offered for the inconvenience caused. The staff are excellent in particular Danial in the breakfast area and Sajjad doing the valet parking, they were both very friendly and went above expectations. Also Saif on the front desk was very helpful. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

I would like to give a very special thank you to Nadia, Dil, and Inder at the reception of Sheraton Hotel for their outstanding hospitality and kindness.
My friend and his wife were checking in on his wife’s birthday, and I came to the hotel with flowers, balloons, and gifts to prepare a surprise for her. Nadia, Dil, and Inder were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help me arrange everything perfectly.
They also made the occasion even more special by arranging an early check-in and a wonderful complimentary room upgrade. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the birthday celebration even more memorable.
Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for the guests really stood out. They didn’t just provide great service — they helped us create a beautiful memory on a very special day.
