⭐ An Unforgettable Stay – The Incredible Staff Make This Hotel Truly Special ⭐

We have just had the most amazing experience at the Sheraton Jumeriah beach resort, Dubai, and while the hotel, location and facilities are fantastic, it is the exceptional people working here who truly make this hotel five-star.

There are several members of staff who deserve special recognition, and I genuinely hope the senior management at Sheraton see this review because these individuals are an absolute credit to the hotel.

Eranga at the bar – what an incredible person. ❤️

We spent many afternoons and evenings at the bar, and Eranga made every visit special. From the very beginning, he welcomed us with such genuine warmth and friendliness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whatever we asked for, he would go out of his way to help us, always with a smile.

But what made Eranga stand out was that it never felt like he was simply doing his job. We had so many lovely conversations with him, shared laughs and genuinely enjoyed getting to know him. By the end of our holiday, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend rather than a member of staff. We honestly feel we have made a friend for life and will remember him long after this holiday.

Eranga, thank you for everything. You are one of the main reasons our stay was so memorable, and Sheraton is extremely lucky to have you.

A huge thank you also goes to Elijah around the pool and snack bar. What a lovely man! He was always friendly, welcoming and attentive and made sure we were looked after throughout our days by the pool. His wonderful personality and kindness really stood out to us.

The pool guys were fantastic! Every morning, they would sort out our sunbeds for us, which was such a lovely touch. Rahul was especially excellent and looked after us every single day throughout our two-week stay. His service was consistently friendly and attentive, and he also loved to join us for a few games of pool, which was great fun and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Rahul, for helping make our holiday so memorable!

Gabin, who provided the entertainment, was absolutely excellent. He was so welcoming, friendly and always made sure everyone was having a great time. Over the course of our two-week stay, he became more than just part of the entertainment team — he became a friend. He really helped make our holiday special and gave us some great memories to take home with us. Thank you, Gabin!

Jojo in the Chinese restaurant was also fantastic – incredibly professional, attentive and welcoming. The service was excellent, and Jojo made us feel valued and very well looked after from the moment we arrived.

We must also give a very special mention to Chandu, Sandali and Sharukh, the managers of the buffet, as well as the entire Seafield team. The welcome and service we received from them throughout our stay were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves.

What impressed us most was the consistency. Whether we were at the bar, relaxing by the pool, eating in the restaurant or visiting the buffet, we were surrounded by people who genuinely seemed to care about our experience.

To the management of Sheraton JBR: please recognise Eranga, Elijah, Jojo, Chandu, Sandali, Sharukh and the Seafield team for the incredible work they do. Staff like these are priceless.

We arrived expecting a wonderful holiday. We left with amazing memories and people we will genuinely miss.

I would like to give a very special thank you to Nadia, Dil, and Inder at the reception of Sheraton Hotel for their outstanding hospitality and kindness.

My friend and his wife were checking in on his wife’s birthday, and I came to the hotel with flowers, balloons, and gifts to prepare a surprise for her. Nadia, Dil, and Inder were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help me arrange everything perfectly.

They also made the occasion even more special by arranging an early check-in and a wonderful complimentary room upgrade. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the birthday celebration even more memorable.

Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for the guests really stood out. They didn’t just provide great service — they helped us create a beautiful memory on a very special day.

A huge thank you to Nadia, Dil, and Inder for going above and beyond! This is the kind of hospitality that makes guests want to return to Sheraton again. Truly deserving of 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
