Moses and Rupa are the best hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. Absolutely excellent food and service.

From the moment we arrived at Rixos The Palm Dubai, we knew we were in for a very special stay. There was an immediate sense of comfort, elegance and calm that made us feel completely at ease.
Our suite (3415) was absolutely beautiful — spacious, luxurious and impeccably clean. Everything felt fresh, polished and thoughtfully cared for, creating a wonderfully comfortable space to relax and unwind. The attention to cleanliness and presentation was evident throughout our stay and added to the feeling of being somewhere truly special.
The staff were exceptional. We were treated with genuine warmth, respect and professionalism at all times. Their welcoming manner and attentive hospitality made us feel valued as guests, while still allowing the atmosphere to remain relaxed and enjoyable. It was this personal touch that made the experience feel even more memorable. A special thank you to Yam the Bar Manager in Bar 1.
The dining experience was equally impressive. There was an excellent choice and variety of food, with something to suit every taste. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the overall experience made me look forward to every meal. The chefs were definitely on point. The combination of variety, presentation and quality added another wonderful layer to our stay.
The overall atmosphere was one of effortless luxury and relaxation. Everything came together beautifully — the comfort of the suite, the warmth of the hospitality and the enjoyable dining experience — creating a stay that felt genuinely special from beginning to end.
There really isn’t much more I can say other than everything was perfect. Rixos The Palm genuinely deserves its 5-star status, and for us, it delivered the complete luxury experience.

WOW, what an amazing holiday, myself have just had at the Rixos on the palm, for our ten night stay. This is our second visit, as me and my wife stayed here in 2023 on our own, and I can only say, it is as good, if not better, if that was possible, from our previous visit.
From our arrival, and early check in, helpful, efficient, and kind welcoming service from all baggage, and front of house reception team. We arrived around 9am, and were booked in to a three bedroom family suite, room 3111, we were given our room early, which was fantastic, and WOW what an amazing suet. Huge, spacious, well equipped, an absolute 10/10 experience, on the first floor, which my family were overwhelmed with.
Food- Amazing, in buffet restaurants, and all three Al-a- carte restaurants, especially the O’livo, Italian, along with second to none service from all staff.
All pools, amazing, well equipped, waiter service for drinks all day. We stayed as a family every day around the breeze bar pool, along from the Rixy club, and we must say the service from that team around the pool was second to none.Parbindar, the team manager was on a different level, along with his team, keeping our cool boxes well stocked with ice, water, and cold soft drinks all day, with a customary Cappuccino always delivered daily, always remembering my preferred choice.
The team in Bar 1 once again, were exceptional, from entrance, to exit, speedy, efficient, a credit to the Rixos group.
Housekeeping was always done daily, the only disappointment was there was very little interaction, from the cleaning staff, and no towel art this year, which as we took our three year Grandson, I’m sure he would have loved that, and nothing displayed as previous for our anniversary on our bed, but these were only tiny things, and didn’t effect our holiday.
Overall, myself and our family had an amazing holiday, made special by all the team, in every area of this hotel. We will return at some Point for a third visit I’m sure at some Point…….keep up the good work, don’t think about it, Just book it!
