Rixos The Palm Dubai was excellent from start to finish, but Bar1 deserves a special mention. The staff were exceptional, attentive, friendly, and seemingly dedicated to ensuring we never had an empty glass for long. As a result, we may have left on a few occasions slightly less steady on our feet than when we arrived! Great service, great atmosphere, and lots of laughs. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Rixos hotel, very nice and chilled resort as it’s out the way. Enjoyed going to Bodrum for lunch and the server Pravin was very friendly and tentative. Would really recommend this hotel.
Our first stay at Rixos The Palm was absolutely fabulous.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome — always greeting us with a smile and a genuine friendliness that really stood out.
The beach is beautiful, with stunning views across to Dubai. You can clearly see The Atlantis and The Royal Atlantis, which makes relaxing by the water even more special.

At the bodrum restaurant this evening. Our last night at this amazing hotel in the most amazing restaurant. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Would like to mention mohit who is such a fantastic server. The food here is exceptional and can’t say enough about it! Well worth a visit if staying at the hotel
