An unforgettable luxury stay at OOTP, Dubai.
My wife, our toddler and I had an incredible stay at the stunning Beachfront Mansion, which offered the perfect combination of privacy, elegance and exceptional luxury. The beautiful surroundings, impeccable attention to detail and tranquil beachfront setting made it a truly special experience. What elevated our stay even further was the exceptional level of personalised service from all the staff at OOTP. In particular, Santosh, Sonu, Andrew, Ian, Hassan and Joanna, who went above and beyond to make our family feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine attention to detail were truly outstanding and a credit to OOTP. A truly luxurious experience made unforgettable by an exceptional team - we cannot wait to return.

Incredible Property, best service
We were so thrilled to return to O&O The Palm, our home away from home when in Dubai. This is a resort like no other where everything works seamlessly and where genuine smiles and kindness are felt on every corner. From check in to check out all was superb! We were always treated so nicely by Sujith who goes above and beyond to assist us with anything. Hassan is doing a great job improving f&b to be amazing and simply the best. Every employee we met and talked to are best un class. From FD, Bellboys, Breakfast , dinner, pool, hsk staff - all the best! Kindest and incredible employees. We cant wait to go back

Relaxing and memorable
We had such a nice time here. The resort staff was so helpful and quick to resolve situations especially Ian, Deepanshu and Ejay. The kids had a lovely time and felt very pampered by the resort staff. Definitely worth a visit.
The best hotel in Dubai by far
Without doubt the best hotel in Dubai! The hotel is relatively small compared to the other skyscraper hotels in Dubai, which makes it a very personal experience as the team all get to know you so quickly. The service is exceptional and the food is to die for - highly recommend the half board option.. The pools are unbelievably clean and cool and the staff can't do enough for you. Can't wait to return!
