Perfect location for Business/Leisure
Had an amazing experience staying at the Hotel, Let me break it down for you.
Front Office - On the day of arrival, the front office team member Nivaa was very accommodating and thoughtful enough to give me a heads-up about the World Cup roars coming from Level 8. With the help of Gowri, they kindly moved me to a quieter side of the hotel to ensure my sleep wouldn’t be interrupted. Ahmed handled the room change the next day, and everything from the room shift to the communication was done swiftly and professionally.
Ciao Bella (Breakfast Area) The made-to-order options and healthy spread provided the perfect balance of nutrition and fresh coffee. Don and Nura did an excellent job with crowd control and prompt service, ensuring our breakfast arrived on time. Melissa meticulously kept our table clean and took our orders accurately. Chef Ram’s Saturday pancakes are something I always look forward to.
Special mention goes to Mishal, the heart of Ciao Bella, who expertly kept my caffeine levels in check. His skill in preparing coffee at the perfect temperature is truly admirable.
Green on 8 This is the perfect spot to watch any match whether it’s rugby, tennis or football. The atmosphere and mood are on another level. The Guinness pints are crisp and fresh, and the happy hour spread offers plenty of great choices.
Micky has been an excellent hostess. She went the extra mile to accommodate our silly request for a closer screen without hesitation.
Lastly, our favourite guy, Big Dave - this man single-handedly managed our group with extreme professionalism and a gentle touch. Kudos to him for always putting the customer’s best interest at heart.
Housekeeping I’d like to sincerely thank Percy for keeping the room spotless and clean every day. She kindly accommodated my request not to tuck in the blanket and did so without any fuss. She’s really good at her job and always makes the room feel extra comfortable.
Overall My stay at this hotel for nearly three weeks has been amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

Great hotel
The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful with any issue that you can solve personally, I would like to recommend two names, Ashutosh and baiana they will advise you on any issue or any questions that you might have Media One is a very great Hotel and super supportive. I truly recommend it for any person whether it’s family solo or for business travel to visit this hotel it’s truly great.
