An Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
My experience was nothing short of exceptional. I spent 13 wonderful days at the hotel, and every moment was truly amazing. The hotel is impeccable, with every detail carefully taken care of. The cleanliness of the rooms was absolutely perfect, and the level of efficiency and attention to detail throughout the hotel made my stay truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff, who were always available, kind, welcoming, and smiling. In particular, I would like to extend a huge thank you to Yehan, who was incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. His warm welcome and professionalism truly made a difference and contributed to making my stay even more special. Thank you to everyone for making my 13 days so wonderful. I would be delighted to come back!

Great selection of restaurants and helpful staff
Amazing stay. Accommodating and helpful staff all over. Loved the selection of restaurants. Especially want to say thank you to all the front staff and Hithesh who made our stay especially special.

Nice hotel, good breakfast buffet, beach area not spectacular.
A truly excellent place to stay in Dubai.
What is not to like about this fantastic hotel and staff, from the fantastic open air space through to amazing rooms and excellent food choices. We stayed in The Club Tower which includes, breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks and light bites. The quality of the food is very good, the drinks are great and the staff are really amazing, so polite and friendly. Here are a few to mention, Ranjan, Rekha, the super Bimal and Parul, Carina, Alton, the super Akthar, Cyrus, Hitesh, Sumit, Lohith and again the super lovely Nan…. If I have forgotten anyone, please forgive me. All of you are super stars. I would also like to say a huge thank you to Hendrik and his staff from the retreat for being so polite and helpful. In fact all the staff, pool, coffee shops, restaurants, concierge and all amazing. The service is excellent. This is an exceptional hotel and definitely a must stay when in Dubai. A huge well done EVERYONE.
