Following the direction of the Dubai Department of Economic Development and as part of our commitment to the health and safety of our guests and employees. we have temporarily suspended operations at Wild Wadi Waterpark. Kids Clubs Spas Fitness Centres and bars in our hotels until 31 March 2020. The situation will be continually re-evaluated with the authorities.

The room was very nice, the cleaning perfectly done on the 3th floor by Minoli. 100 points.
Fantastic visit. We had originally booked Dar Al Masyaf however we were relocated to the Mina, our first time in this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, rooms immaculately clean and a perfect view to wake up to each morning. The staff are wonderful, the team in the lounge bar in the lobby made sundowners particularly enjoyable. Attentive, efficient and genuinely lovely, special thanks to Juliet, Ezal, Cindy and the rest of the team.
In previous years we have spent most of our days at Celeste and the adults only pool. I appreciate many of the facilities were closed this year, but it was lacking an adults only pool area. The pool and beach was lovely, but the option of an adults only space would have been nice.
Breakfast was amazing, as was the food we ate in every restaurant throughout the resort. Thank you for another wonderful jumeirah stay! We will be back!

ROOMS 10/10 huge room very comfortable and a awesome bed, great shower and bathroom twin sinks and great decor so clean
SERVICE 10/10 it literally felt like I could ask for a unicorn and they would find one.. So good so quick and a huge shout out to abassi in cala vista what a see one guy never seen one person work so Hard
LOCATION 📍 10/10 so central, so easy to get around the awesome city this location is perfect and so quite, you have no building work locally so it's like heaven
GYM 10/10 J club gym was like heaven for me so big so good well kitted and amazing service and coaches I trained everyday here and felt like home awesome atmosphere
FOOD 12/10 outstanding.. Shimmers, Pai tai and awesome huge selection at breakfast this hotel was amazing and a lovely place to Stay

We have visited Dubai many times and have stayed in numerous high-end hotels, but unfortunately our experience at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam has been one of the worst we have ever had.
When we checked in, the hotel took a card/deposit of approximately £650 for the week, which we were completely happy with. This morning we received a text message simply saying that we had exceeded our deposit and asking us to visit reception “at our earliest convenience.” There was nothing in that message to suggest there was an urgent problem or that access to our room would be restricted.
Later, when my pregnant wife and I tried to get back into our room, our key cards had been blocked. We then had to go down to reception to find out what was happening, only to be told that our room access had been stopped because our spending had exceeded the original deposit.
I found this completely unacceptable. At every other quality hotel we have stayed in, any outstanding balance has simply been settled at checkout, or the hotel has politely asked for an additional authorisation if required. If Mina Al Salam required us to increase the deposit immediately, a simple phone call or clear message would have been perfectly reasonable. Locking us out of our room without warning — particularly with my pregnant wife — was embarrassing, inconvenient and entirely unnecessary.
What makes it worse is that we had received a message telling us to visit reception at our earliest convenience, so we had absolutely no reason to believe our room access was about to be disabled.
For a hotel of this reputation and price level, I expected far better customer service and considerably more discretion in the way something like this was handled. We have always enjoyed coming to Dubai and normally receive exceptional hospitality, which made this experience even more disappointing.
Unfortunately, this has completely changed our opinion of the hotel and we would be very reluctant to stay at Mina Al Salam again.
All the stuff members are highly professional and provide top notch hospitality topped with a sincere smile. Architecture provided a very good atmosphere on top of that. Rooms had everything and more for comfort.Food was also very good.I would like to thank them for all the services and sincere hospitality provided.
