Jumeirah Mina A Salam

I come to Mina Al Salam for a vacation with my family every year, but I truly enjoyed this particular trip. I spent most of my time at the beach; the beach staff Hasan, Ashraf, and Ismail were incredibly friendly. My family and I were delighted by their warm attitude, and they took excellent care of us. I thoroughly enjoyed our final day at the beach, and Hasan gave us a surprise that brought great joy to both me and my family. overall, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. we're looking forward to coming back!

We very much enjoyed the stay at mina Al salam. The room was really great and the wide sea views were excellent .The Hanaay buffet restaurant was very good and the staff is very friendly there and they are presenting the food beautifully, cleaning all the time around it and replenishing the food quickly so that that it is a delight to look at it.

Our days were spent relaxing around the beach and pool, we were well and truly looked after by Hasan and Asraf. They are amazing guy, special Thanks for Hasan, most of time he take care of my family.

over all this is amazing Hotel, we thoughtful enjoying our stay and look forward to return.

My recent stay at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had, thanks to the incredible people who work there.

I had originally booked Jumeirah Al Qasr, but upon arrival I discovered that the hotel was closed. Naturally, this was a disappointing surprise, but I was transferred to Mina Al Salaam and from the moment I arrived there, the team handled the situation with genuine warmth, professionalism, and sincere care. They were extremely apologetic and did everything possible to ensure my stay exceeded my expectations.

I would especially like to recognise Lamia, the Rooms Manager, who was simply outstanding. She went above and beyond in every way to make me feel welcome and valued. Her kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service were remarkable. She thoughtfully arranged a wonderful room upgrade and regularly checked to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and her genuine desire to make my stay memorable did not go unnoticed.

The entire team at Mina Al Salam deserves recognition for their exceptional customer service. They transformed what could have been a disappointing start to my holiday into an experience that I will remember with great appreciation. It is rare to encounter such authentic hospitality, where every member of staff makes you feel like a truly valued guest.

My sincere thanks to Lamia and the entire team for making my stay so special. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did, and I am delighted to be returning to Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in just four days. That, perhaps, is the greatest compliment I can give. I cannot wait to be back.
