All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on balconies and designated areas in restaurants and bars. Following the direction of the Dubai Department of Economic Development and as part of our commitment to the health and safety of our guests and employees. we have temporarily suspended operations at Wild Wadi Waterpark. Kids Clubs Spas Fitness Centres and bars in our hotels until 31 March 2020. The situation will be continually re-evaluated with the authorities.

Perfect family
Can’t fault it. Wonderful winter sun holiday. Staff exceptional. Travelled with two little children (3 and 1) and they had an amazing time. The children’s play area was amazing and it was refreshing that parents could go in esp as our children get shy. The beach was spectacular and maintained beautifully. Pools were great. We had half board. Main buffet breakfasts and dinners had a wide choice and taste was exceptional. Obviously prices high for extra drinks/ice creams etc but would expect this. All dinner choices were perfect including af the neighbouring Jumeirah sites which we walked to or got a buggy. Room was perfect and cleaning service spotless. Perfect family holiday.
The best experience!
We are third year in the row here at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and everything it’s perfect. The food at Kitchen connection is delicious and all the waiters are very nice and kind, especially Almond. At the pool bar and sun beds, Arfat was the best to take care of everything we need, fresh water, towels and food. Our room was cleaned every day with big care by Raj Mahato and Pujana and their Housekeeping Team leader Shahid Javed Khokhar. Thank you all! Big hugs and respect!

Always nice
We always comes to dubai and I love jumeirah's property madinat but this time we stay specially for the kids club in jumeirah beach hotel and the experience overall came very nice the breakfast and the cleanliness room was very good. In the kids club all the staffs were perfect to their job. Priyam from them was very good and like a friend to my son he always wanted to go to kids club to play with him and kadri for story telling. Over all thanks to the entire hotel staff.
