As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, I truly appreciate excellent service, attention to detail, and genuine guest care—and Holiday Inn Express Dubai – Al Safa delivered on all of these.
From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and welcoming. The staff made me feel valued, and everything was handled professionally, setting the tone for a fantastic stay.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There was a great selection of fresh, delicious food with something for everyone. The dining area was spotless, well-organized, and constantly replenished, reflecting the high standards that every hotel should strive for.
I would like to give special recognition to Jessica from Concierge. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and warm personality made a lasting impression.
A huge thank you as well to Shams from the breakfast buffet team. His outstanding service, attentiveness, and positive attitude made every morning enjoyable. He consistently ensured guests were well taken care of and is a true asset to the hotel.
Working in the hospitality profession myself, I know how much effort goes into creating a memorable guest experience. It’s the people who make the difference, and Jessica and Shams are excellent examples of genuine hospitality.

We are currently staying at Holiday Inn Express Safa Park, and our experience has been excellent so far. The restaurant staff, Monika, Shams, and Grace, have been incredibly friendly, respectful, and attentive. They always provide excellent service with a smile and make every meal a pleasant experience. Everything is good.
At first as I was away from my family i did not feel good but the room Dendi booked for me was amazing especially at night their warm welcome and helping nature made my stay not just comfortable but I was always happy as I know there is a help. Ikka was the who guided even foe my travelling metro without hesitation. My husband booked this stay for me. I was saying why this.. but after I arrived here every staff member had smile on their face whether it's breakfast area or cleaning staff. Thank you for this hospitality. I am glad my husband booked my room here. Special Thanks to Ikka and Dendi
