Friendly and helpful staff. Easy and quick check in. We went for an upgrade to a suite, which was wonderful, lots of space and extremely comfortable.
The staff at were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, we came back swimming in drinks. They were also really happy to chat.
It was my partner's birthday while we were here and the staff made it really special, with a cake at breakfast and they sang happy birthday to her. Also, people kept saying happy birthday as we went round the hotel. A lovely touch.
Special mention to Darshana, Kanchana, Suyash, Nanda and Renuka who all went our of their way to make this a special stay.
The. Hotel is really close ti beach and pool, with loads of shops and entertainment nearby. Public transport is really easy.
