I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Plaza Hotel and would especially like to recognize the excellent service from the team.
A special thank you to Mido at the reception, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. He helped me organize everything smoothly, especially with the different extensions of my stay, and was always professional, accommodating, and ready to assist.
I would also like to thank Marie and OJ for their support and kindness during my stay. A special mention as well to Mehdi from the restaurant, who was very welcoming and provided great service.
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff really made my experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the Grand Plaza team for the great hospitality!
