Perfect Palm Break
Excellent hotel on The Palm. Definitely earns its 5 stars. So clean, stylish and modern without being all chrome, glass and white paint. Loved it. Facilities are all excellent and staff across the board were very welcoming and friendly- everyone saying hello and asking if you are having a good time when passing. This is not the first Fairmont I have stayed in but it is by far the nicest and most well kept. A special thank you to the concierge who helped us move room- I think his name was Winston. Also thank you so much to Tahsin in the house keeping team who took such good care of us. Would love to return on my next homeward journey from Australia.
Best ever
Probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Food was presented beautifully and flavoursome. The service from Deepal was spot on, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely fantastic. Would recommend.
Amazing Hotel & perfect service
My stay at Fairmont The Palm was absolutely wonderful – now its my favorite hotel on Palm Jumeirah. 🌴 A special thank you to Concierge Seanberry and Car Master Emad who made my stay truly exceptional with their outstanding service, kindness, and attention to every detail. I also highly recommend the Brazilian restaurant FREVO, led by Chef Wanderson. I enjoyed the different varieties of grilled meat so much and the Brazilian desserts. Best restaurant at Fairmont. The hotel itself is beautifully located, amazing view from the balcony, with lovely pools, lush gardens, a spacious private beach and excellent breakfast. The atmosphere is peaceful while still being close to the beach clubs. Can't wait to return.

Traditional Chic with Focus on Customer Service
Thank you Fairmont - A wonderful hotel with real 5 star feel, after the beauty of the building there is an immediate welcoming atmosphere brought by the staff (shout out to Ahmed my breakfast server). Excellent food options are available. Located near to Palm Jumeirah Mall, allows a 5 minute walk to groceries or coffee should you need to.
