First of all, Mr. Omar Kamel’s exceptional professionalism from the management side completely transformed our experience and genuinely made us want to return. His attentiveness, dedication, and care made our stay truly memorable.
On the service side, a very special mention goes to our waiter, Ahmed Hamouda, who was available around the clock and always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

It was an excellent experience. The food was perfect and the service was even better. Our server was Rehan and he was probably the best I ever met I hope I will see him we will surely come back again 😉 !

Great meal and lovely service. We’ve just been to Japan and the food at Matagi was just as scrummy and felt authentic. Gita, our waitress, was extremely helpful, lovely and attentive and matagi even give us a free delicious Japanese cheesecake, as it was my husband’s birthday. Thank you all!
