Raffles Spa is incredible, in keeping with the rest of the hotel. On this trip I enjoyed 2 treatments provided by Iash, a highly skilled and professional therapist, who is very caring and extremely attentive. So looking forward to our return soon.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Corina at reception was warm, professional and incredibly helpful, making the check-in experience smooth and pleasant.
A special mention also goes to Jane, Arpana and Flora from housekeeping. They were all so friendly, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. It’s the little details and genuine smiles that make such a difference, and they truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was comfortable and just right.
The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious, elegant and thoughtfully designed, while the facilities and overall service are exactly what you would expect from a 5-star property.
What stood out most was the people. Everyone we came across was welcoming and genuinely committed to making guests feel special. It’s clear that hospitality here is more than just a service — it’s an experience.
Thank you to the entire team, especially Corina, Jane, Arpana and Flora, for making our stay so memorable. We stayed here once, and that was enough to know that we’ll always return. Raffles The Palm has truly become one of our favourite places to stay in Dubai.

This was our second stay here and i can say they are super consistent with their amazing service! Rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious and full of every amenity you need. The staff go above and beyond and make your stay super special. Everyone was super attentive, friendly and kind. The grounds are lovely and the pool is the perfect size with many sunbeds available daily. Breakfast has so many options and everything is delicious. Very quiet and feels like a hidden sanctuary away from the bustle of dubai. We will definitely be returning as we were blown away by how special the service was. A special thank you to Husna for her assistance with our room and all round exceptional care, and Janaka and Gerald for help with our bags and making us feel welcomed!
