We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Raffles The Palm. From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations — the beautiful surroundings, stunning rooms, exceptional facilities and, most importantly, the outstanding level of service.
A special mention must go to Jawad, who was genuinely exceptional throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and consistently made us feel incredibly welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his attention to detail, professionalism and genuinely warm personality really stood out - He deserves enormous recognition for the way he represents the hotel and looks after its guests.
We would happily return to Raffles The Palm and would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone looking for a truly special stay in Dubai.
We had the most incredible stay at Raffles The Palm, the hotel is incredible! But what made the stay event more special was Jawad, our waiter in the hotel restaurant, Le Jardin, where you have breakfast and dinner. He was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I had the loveliest time. I couldn’t have asked for someone better! He is polite, professional and incredibly good at his job! What an incredible asset for this hotel! I will definitely be returning because of Jawad. Thank you so much and I wish him and the hotel all the success for the future!
Absolutely unreal stay at Raffles The Palm Dubai. The hotel is stunning from the moment you walk in — the chandeliers, decor and attention to detail throughout are incredible. Our room was really spacious and beautifully finished, and the grounds were absolutely immaculate.
The check-in staff were polite and welcoming, which made a great first impression. We also had the dinner buffet during our stay. I did find the selection slightly limited compared to what I expected, but everything we had was still really nice.
Overall, an amazing experience and such a beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend Raffles The Palm to anyone visiting Dubai.

Another wonderful stay at beautiful Raffles The Palm! Raffles The Palm is without doubt a stunningly beautiful palace, but it is the attention to detail which makes every aspect perfect and it is such a pleasure to be there. We were so warmly welcomed back by staff who have become our friends over the years. They are truly an asset to the hotel and made our stay so special. The gentlemen from the concierge team greeted us with huge smiles when they saw us. Thank-you! There is no wider smile than Ezekiel’s and it immediately makes us happy! Our room was prepared beautifully by Jane and her team, thank-you to Dildora, Doma, Lakvinda and Shahzeb for their excellent work. I love to watch the sunset from the balcony with a cup of tea and there was always fresh milk in the fridge, along with cookies or chocolates to celebrate our anniversary or fruit. The dining is always a pleasure. We mainly had our evening meals at Bluthner Hall and had the pleasure of being served by Tuphan, Melanie and a lovely lady from Myanmar with beautiful manners and a charming nature. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at Piatti as it had reopened. We love the ambience and decor there. It was extremely hot whilst we were there and the large pool offered a chilled reprieve.Never crowded and perfect for dip to cool off. We love the beach, gently shelving to get into the sea and just like a warm bath with a stunning view. Isuru, our butler from last year, had kept in touch with us and ensured we could wish for nothing more. He truly is a lovely person we can call a friend. We are already planning our next stay but are coming for longer as we just didn’t want to come home! Thank-you to you all..
