Dukes The Palm features 279 stylish rooms, 285 furnished studios and one bedroom apartments. Each room is equipped with free wi-fi access, a coffee machine, ironing facilities, a hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers, a deposit safe and in-room dining service. Not all rooms feature balconies, and are subject to availability. Apartments are equipped with all the same facilities plus a kitchenette area.

We hosted a 160pax corporate event for Payoneer, a US based fintech company at Dukes St James Ballroom. The whole banquet team headed by Mr Ramesh and Ms Alondra was amazing. Best value for money hotel I found in Dubai I’ve found so far, would definitely stay again, can’t wait to return, luxury in every part of the hotel from the room to the pool area, thanks to the staff, they were amazing, very lucky I found this hotel
The Dukes The Palm Hotel is brilliantly located with Dubai with great facilities. The hotel are very welcoming and courteous, nothing is too much bother for them. The hotel has a fantastic pool and beach, complimented by a very relaxed vibe. I personally think the rooms could be brought up to a more modern level but in general, it’s a very good hotel with great facilities and staff.
