We had an absolutely wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Palm Jumeirah, and from arrival until check-out, the experience was made even more special by the warm hospitality and genuine service of the entire team.
As a Hilton Gold Member, we were delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful Two-Bedroom Suite, along with a late check-out. These thoughtful benefits truly added value to our stay and made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. It is always appreciated when loyalty is recognized, and the team certainly made us feel welcomed and valued.

The dining experience at Gastro Kitchen was another highlight of our stay. The offerings throughout the day were consistently enjoyable, from a lovely breakfast selection to a satisfying dinner. The food was delicious, well presented, and offered a good variety to suit different preferences.
What stood out even more was the genuine hospitality of the service team. Their smiles, positive energy, and sincere intention to make guests feel comfortable created a wonderful atmosphere.

It was wonderful stay! I will say it’s like 5 star hotel! Great service, breakfast is delicious, all Chef so nice and polite, always asking if everything good and if need anything All waiters and hostess so friendly and keep smiling all the time!
