Our experience at the pool at DoubleTree Hotel JBR was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly maintained, creating a relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere.
The pool water was crystal clear, the entire pool area was extremely clean and well maintained, and the energetic music created a fantastic atmosphere. It was the perfect combination of cleanliness, comfort, and positive energy.
A very special thank you to Mr. Afzal and Mr. Daniel, who deserve genuine recognition for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly professional, respectful, attentive, and genuinely caring. What impressed us most was that they went beyond the usual level of service by personally checking on us even after our stay and following up to make sure everything was satisfactory and that our needs had been taken care of. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable.
We would also like to recognize the lifeguards, who were consistently friendly, sympathetic, and approachable. They were always ready to help and greeted guests with a warm smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
It is clear that this team takes real pride in what they do. The combination of impeccable cleanliness, crystal-clear water, energetic music, professional service, and genuinely kind staff made the pool experience one of the highlights of our stay.

Staycation
We would like to thank everyone for making us feel so welcomed and at home, this is our seconds stay and from arrival all team members remembered us and welcomed us back, everyone is so friendly, professional and genuinely cares for not only us but all guest, this is what makes guest want to come back. Special thank you Sameh FOM and his entire team, thanks to all the staff you took care of us for breakfast special thanks to Head breakfast Chef and the dinner chef and crew. This has become our home away from home and we will decently be back!
