Nice hotel
The hotel is nice, in a good location on Bluewaters island from which you can walk to JBR and Dubai Marina. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun loungers. The room was nice however I would recommend upgrading to a resort view room as our room faced the road with lots of buildings looking in and roadworks making a bit of a noise early in the morning and throughout the day. We were not made aware of the roadworks outside at all prior to, or at checkin, otherwise we would have reconsidered our room choice.

Outstanding Customer Service
The Service was outstanding , employees we’re smiling and welcoming at all times, there was no issues at all, and all inquiries we’re sorted on spot , Rooms we’re so spacious , Pool and Beach we’re so good, and a big thank to Samal as she was the one who made our stay the most smooth ever.

We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Banyan Tree. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. What really stood out to us was the genuine warmth, kindness, and personal attention of the team.
A very special thank you to Neeraj at the pool. He was absolutely wonderful — always attentive, incredibly friendly, and genuinely caring. He made sure we were comfortable, anticipated what we needed, and always greeted us with a warm smile. His service made our days by the pool even more enjoyable and special.
We would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Kabir from the breakfast team. He was so kind, attentive, and welcoming every morning. His friendly service and positive attitude were the perfect start to our days. It was lovely to see a familiar face each morning who genuinely cared about making our breakfast experience enjoyable.
And a very special thank you to Roy, the manager, who truly went above and beyond for us. He kindly arranged a complimentary cabana for us every single day, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly valued and looked after.
It’s the people and these personal touches that make a stay truly unforgettable. We are leaving with beautiful memories and so much appreciation for the entire Banyan Tree team.
