Avani+ Palm View Review

Had a wonderful one-night stay at Avani+ Palm View. From the moment I arrived, the reception experience was excellent. A special thanks to Queenie for upgrading my room and making sure I got the sea view I had requested — it really made the stay extra special.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. I was genuinely blown away by the range and quality of amenities provided. The location is also excellent, with easy access to many parts of Dubai.

The reception team was warm and welcoming throughout the stay. Special thanks to Guillie and Donya for their great service and hospitality.

Overall, a fantastic stay and definitely a hotel I would be happy to return to. Highly recommended!

Our 2nd stay at the Avani.

We were welcomed by concierge and our suitcases taken, then straight up to Reception to check in. We got there at 1.30pm and check in is at 3pm but Donya on reception was super efficient and managed to get us in the room by 2pm, whilst we waited they gave us bottled water and we relaxed on the sofas.

We had booked a 2 bed apartment but upgraded on arrival to a sea view superior which was worth it on 14th floor (room 1402).

Everything in the room was perfect, quality linens on the bed, luxe sofa and rotating chairs by the large windows in lounge to survey the view (our favourite place to sit for sunset), washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder all available if needed and copious amounts of bottled water for the fridge.

Everything was clean and well kept.

We chose to come back to Avani because of its location, rooms and staff members. We went to the Le Meridien Mina Seyahi in 2025 to try something different having been to the Avani in 2024. We felt the boys needed a waterpark to keep them entertained but it was the worst decision and not an enjoyable hotel at all (see my previous post about it).

Having spent a week in Abu Dhabi on Yas Island the week we spent at the Avani was relaxing, calm and peaceful.

The breakfast was fab every morning, thanks to Lin (your smiling face was a joy everyday and thanks for getting my medium fried eggs perfect), Kyla (always smiling too and nothing too much trouble), Angelica and Sandy who all make the experience a breeze every morning. All of you an Asset to the Avani.❤️

Thanks also to the chef Luca who always made the best Eggs Benedict and Medium fried eggs for us. ❤️

Our room was kept spotless by Bibek, Sujal and Mustafa - thank you for always making the beds look inviting and cleaning up after our messy kids - you were all so hardworking and took pride in your work - a real asset to the Avani. ❤️

We had only one issue with the room which was the shower flooded the floor on the first night in our kids bedroom, we let Donya on Reception know and within 30 mins the engineer was there and it fixed, no drama, no disruption just in and fixed - amazing work.

Donya is a shining star 🌟 always helpful and nothing is too much trouble - thank you for showing us the 3 bedroom apartment for our next trip - wow what a huge apartment !!! Something for us to look forward to…….. ❤️

I recommend the Avani to everyone on all the forums I belong to, I think it’s a fab hotel and we will see you all again………
