Great experience staying at the Atlantis, The Palm with my family. Beautiful water park that we enjoyed a lot! Also, the choice of restaurants with the different cuisines offered. Particularly, Ismiti in guest room services valeted our room with attention of detail by surprising with the touch she provided in the room.

If you are looking for an absolute must-do holiday getaway, Atlantis The Palm is the place to be. Our recent stay was nothing short of spectacular, and we are leaving with truly great memories that we will cherish forever. While the resort itself is world-class, it was the exceptional staff who truly elevated our vacation. I want to extend a very special thank you to a few standout individuals who went above and beyond: The Imperial Guest Service Team: A massive thank you to the gentleman who assisted us at check-in. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, and went out of his way to make our arrival moment noted and special. It set the perfect tone for the rest of our trip! Saddam (Housekeeping): Saddam was an absolute star during our stay. Every single time we came back to our room after a long day of enjoying the resort, it looked and felt brand new. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to keeping our space pristine did not go unnoticed. From the seamless service to the luxurious atmosphere, Atlantis completely exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to return for another perfect vacation. Highly recommended

Amazing hotel
We always have the most amazing stay at Atlantis. The vibes, service, and hospitality are always on point. Special thank you to Mr. Abbey, Charles, and the entire Guest Services team at the Imperial Club Lounge. And to our incredible housekeeper Ranjith!!
