The service was amazing and especially Aung for her work in our room. She is amazing!
The house keeper Mr.Mohammed Sujon is the best, he always make sure the room is tidy and clean.
Plus his smiley face Mashallah is always there.

I came here with my family expecting a “wow” experience, especially because I had specifically chosen and paid extra for the sea-view experience. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely different from what we expected.
There is extensive civil/construction work going on around the property. The biggest problem is the heavy dust pollution.
I specifically paid extra for a sea-view room so that my family could enjoy the balcony, fresh air and the beautiful view. But whenever we open the seaside balcony door, dust immediately starts coming inside the room. Because of this, we are practically unable to use the balcony or enjoy the sea view for which I paid the additional amount.
The situation at the swimming pool is even more disturbing. When we visited the pool, there was so much construction dust in the air that we were extremely uncomfortable even standing and talking there. The dust was literally entering our mouth while speaking. Under such conditions, enjoying the swimming pool or spending quality time with family is simply not possible.
This is not a minor inconvenience. The dust and ongoing civil works are affecting the overall experience across important areas of the property.
My concern is very simple: if major civil/construction work is going on and it is affecting the sea-view rooms, balconies, swimming pool and other guest areas, this should have been clearly communicated to us before accepting the booking and charging a premium for the sea-view experience.
I planned this stay to give my family a memorable and relaxing experience. Instead, we are unable to enjoy the balcony, unable to properly enjoy the pool, and are constantly concerned about the dust.
I request the management to please personally look into this immediately and provide an appropriate solution, including a suitable alternative arrangement where my family can actually enjoy the experience we booked and paid for.
I am not raising this complaint just for the sake of complaining. I genuinely expected a premium and memorable family experience, and unfortunately the present situation has been extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.
I hope the management understands the seriousness of the situation and resolves it immediately.
A person who could care of our room was amazing
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast buffet with so many varieties. The aquventure water park was topnotch and lastly the staff is really helpful and professional especially our housekeeper Ajay who did an amazing job cleaning and arranging our room considering how much stuff we had🤭. Would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend this hotel.
