Great hotel and even better staff
What a great hotel this is. The front desk staff were PHENOMENAL THROUGHOUT. The ladies at breakfast were fantastic. Housekeeping was impeccable. The staff were so AMAZING. My little “niggle” the only “very very very slight” downside, was no name badges. I couldn’t be discreet, like I normally do and praise those that deserved praise, as I don’t know their names. I was only here for four nights and didn’t have enough chance to get to know names as well as I would like, as I was out in the city as well. That’s my only very very minor issue, but that’s a me thing. I love the staff and hotel and would visit again at the drop of a hat.

Fantastic stay at the Aloft hotel
The hotel is amazing the staff are very attentive the rooms are spotless, and are well laid out. What ever you need you only have to ask a member of staff and they are on it, the food is amazing and unlike most hotels it is different every week so if you stay for two weeks your second week is not the same. The atmosphere is very relaxed the pool is just the right temperature and is needed for cooling off. The service is just above and beyond from all staff members especially Simrah, Sanlie, Bhanu, Minkoko and Mekah who made the stay one of a kind they were always so pleasant and happy to help.
