Great hotel, fabulous club lounge

Great hotel with lovely amenities, a very enjoyable stay. Of special note is the club lounge. During our stay, we were excellently cared for by Hossam and Ahmed. The variety of sandwiches, pastries, tea, and coffee available during their afternoon tea service was amazing. It was fresh and tasty food. Likewise, the happy hour offering is fantastic!! A selection of refreshing beverages are provided, as well as a delicious array of food. They change it each day, there is salad and hot food and it’s honestly wonderful. I have to say a special thank you to Ahmed and Hossam, we were staying for our anniversary and they made they weekend very special.

Exceptional staffs

A huge thank you to Janica from housekeeping for an outstanding service. Our room was clean, fresh and well-stocked every day. Thank you so much for the exceptional hospitality.

Staff wasn’t welcoming

The staff wasn’t welcoming, they only started being friendly when we had been there for days cause our stay lasted 12 days. We actually thought they were doing so to us because we were the only black African family there. Laundry was way too costly that buying new clothes for the children was better. The hotel has beautiful and classy amenities but the staff are not hospitable with a few exceptions like the pool staff and the underground pub staff. We enjoyed most of our meals at the underground pub. If there’s ever a time I went for holiday and missed my home it was during my stay at this hotel. I felt I didn’t get the value for the money we had paid. The children didn’t like the place at all. If asked if I’d visit this place again or recommend it to someone it’s a big NO.
