I love going back to this hotel, the service is really nice and all the staff member I meet everyday are always friendly and professional. Especially Mr. Hammad at the Acacia Lounge, he is very kind and never fails to give the best service with kindness and respect. Thank you Mr. Hammad.
This review is only valid for the Underground pub. Food and wine was excellent. Irish was our waitress. She is extremely good at taking care of guests. Good job!

I really like the food, the atmosphere, definitely coming back and it’s really good to celebrate with your friends and family! Service was very nice and fast! I’d really want to highlight Smirit for a perfect and fast service.
