Myself and wife have just returned after spending 10 nights HB basis. Gemma at reception check in was lovely and managed to get us checked into our lovely room early this was much appreciated after night time flight. We had a fantastic time and the hotel staff throughout were absolutely amazing special mention to Ram and Hassan at the pool and the main towel man can’t remember his name outstanding.Matti and Bharat in the Polo lounge and David and many more in the Underground pub Food Outstanding. This was our first time in this hotel and would highly recommended the only downside was the construction work which we were aware off before arriving but sometime it was more like noise from Demolition site very excessive and could be managed better. Would love to return but would wait until the building works are completed. Would just like to add that all staff members we’re a pleasure to deal with

We had a wonderful dining experience at Grand Kitchen! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to April, Janese, Claire, Vandana, Thilini, Shaaban, and Kiran for being so friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our meal. They made us feel very welcome and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of. We truly appreciate your warm hospitality and look forward to dining here again. Highly recommended!
