Brilliant stay
Brilliant service, facilities and experience. Our sea view suite was spacious and offered spectacular view. Always kept immaculately clean by housekeeping. Rooftop pool was stunning. We enjoyed dinner at Zeta 77 and the Beach Grill. Special shout out to Rajan from breakfast.

Excellent!
Amazing hotel. The pools, beach and common areas are beautiful. Room very comfy. Housekeeping are superb, and the staff in the restaurants are great too. Special shout out to Rajan in the buffet restaurant who was excellent, along with the rest of the team, Sumon, John and Sayali. The staff at the rooftop pool are fantastic. Overall this is a fabulous hotel, made extra special by the great staff.

The most amazing holiday because of this hotel
The staff and hotel are absolutely amazing!!! They go above and beyond to help or assist you in any way possible… 2 staff that especially stuck out for me are Mohammed in the kitchen who made me feel extremely welcome on the first day and continued to throughout my whole stay and Carey Beth who works on the ice cream stool, but honestly it’s brilliant and I can’t wait to stay again. Thank you 🤩
Exceptional Housekeeping and Outstanding Service
I had a wonderful stay. My room was always clean, tidy, and well maintained. A special thank you to Ya Wai from Housekeeping for taking such great care of me. He always made sure I had extra water, shampoo, fresh towels, and even provided comfortable extra pillows, which made my stay even more enjoyable. His kindness, attention to detail, and exceptional service truly made a difference. Thank you, Ya Wai, for your outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again.
would also like to compliment the breakfast team. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the restaurant staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made every morning a great start to the day.

Excellent experience.
Just returned from a 7 night stay. We have stayed at many hotels on jbr. But this was by far the best so far. Will definitely take some beating. We cannot fault this hotel. The staff in the buffet restaurant sayali, Caroline, Sharon, then naveen,Simon,Rajan and all the rest all very professional and polite. Always greeted with a smile. Jasvir and the house keeping team kept our room immaculate. Pool staff excellent. We had a little problem with something been added to our room account which we did not purchase, but that was very quickly resolved. Food was excellent. Isacc at checkout very nice. Door staff also very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed
