The location was awesome, as it sits right on the beach. The atmosphere was amazing. This hotel is beautifully maintained and very elegant. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The value is great, I would have thought it would be even more than it actually was. The staff was tremendously helpful and king. Our concierge, Isaac went beyond fo accommodate us with reservations and personal requests. Gamal on the 77th floor pool was equally accommodating to us each and every day. We loved the staff, the hotel, the food- EVERYTHING about this hotel! The pool on the 77th floor is a bucket-list experience, absolutely amazing.
Ishanka and Ayoub made my birthday the best it could be .
They have welcomed my guests with the best customer service
We have loved every single minute of our stay at Address Beach Resort JBR. The weather has been fantastic, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the location simply cannot be beaten. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be returning again. What makes this place truly stand out is the people—special mention must go to JB, Noel, Puskal, and Rajab for their exemplary service and incredible attention to detail throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered is a absolute credit to the organisation. Thank you for making another visit so memorable. We can't wait to come back!
