Friendly stuff
We had a wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel! The entire staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Nathaniel, who was especially friendly and wonderful with the kids, and to Jamir for his great service and hospitality. Their kindness really stood out.
The rooms were also very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic hotel with great service and a very welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The best hotel
Our family arrived from Poland about a week ago, with my mom in a quad. Things got off to a rocky start because the lady who showed us into the restaurant had a mean, slightly suspicious expression—probably just "other white people." But as it turned out, she was a truly wonderful woman, a fantastic friend, helpful, smiling, professional, and above all, someone you could instantly love and like. My daughter, Weronika, who doesn't trust people very much and is reserved, became friends and kept asking about her. Does skin color define a person, or does it define their background, or their social status?
Is that how we wrote it?
EVALINE, because we're talking about her, especially from a larger letter, because she definitely deserves it.

Nice Location in The Palm with great view for waterfront Room is well equiped and spacious Hotel is clean with friendly staff who were happy to help for any inquiry Special thanks to ( Kaddija from reception - LIN, Jamir Hossen & Imran from Envy restaurant) Pool and beach were amazing - great idea to have Adult only pool
