Amazing place with a very new and beautiful hotel. The rooms were amazing, with stunning sea views.

The staff were absolutely incredible! Special thanks to Adam, Thina, and Ishpreet, who were extremely helpful at reception with all our room and booking requests. They really made our stay even more enjoyable.

We also chose the half-board option, and there was more than enough delicious food at the restaurant. Special thanks to Sunn and Cho for their great service as well.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. We have stayed at many hotels around the Palm, but this one is truly amazing . We will definitely be back! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We have stayed at many hotels, but the level of service we received here was genuinely one of the best we have ever experienced with Butler service.What truly stood out was how personalized,thoughtful, and genuine the service felt throughout our entire stay.

A special mention has to go to Thiha, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His service never felt forced or routine — it felt genuinely personal. Thiha is a wonderful representation of the level of hospitality this hotel strives to provide.

We were also particularly impressed by the VVIP welcome Amenity Trolley experience Upon check-in The idea from Complex Director of Culinary, Chef Faisal, welcome amenities was truly incredible selected amenity, we were given the opportunity to choose what we personally preferred. the whole experience felt interactive, thoughtful, and luxurious. The Butler took the time to explain the selections clearly, allowed us to choose at our own convenience, and presented everything with incredible attention to detail.

What makes this hotel special is that the luxury isn’t just about the beautiful surroundings — it’s about how the guests are made to feel. Every interaction felt thoughtful, personalized and memorable. Rooftop infinity Jacuzzi was fantastic with panoramic View of the Palm .The Team genuinely seemed to care about creating an exceptional experience rather than simply providing a standard hotel service.

And of course, we have to mention the food in Envy Restaurant which were absolutely amazing. Every dish we experienced was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with a great deal of care and attention. The quality of the food complemented the overall experience perfectly.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating. It is rare to find a hotel where the attention to detail is so consistent across every aspect of the stay.
