Positives
Staff are attentive even though at times they can be slow to bring stuff but they were all super nice and friendly
Facilities good - plenty of sun beds. 2 pools and at weekends it was busy with beach club and good times being played.
Food was excellent - didn’t have one bad meal.
Spa is small but the treatment we had was brilliant
Negatives
Room was very small. Sold as a deluxe room but far from it. Very basic compared to other hotels I have stayed in Dubai
Funny smell in toilet. Not sure if something to do with drains but as soon as you opened hotel room door you could smell it
When at beach/pool they were funny about you charging to your room which I found strange
Also you had to pay for water whilst at beach/pool. Other hotels I have stayed in have you complimentary water whilst you were sunbathing.
