Every one was so friendly and kind and when getting the taxi from front of the hotel the gentleman so friendly and polite . I can’t remember his name but he was wearing a turban . Thank you very much we really enjoyed staying here . We will be coming back here soon.
My husband and I recently returned from our honeymoon after staying at Taj Exotica, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The hospitality was truly exceptional, and the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We were surprised when the team upgraded our room to a beautiful spacious suite. This thoughtful gesture really showed how much they value their guests and go above and beyond to make their stay special. As a vegetarian couple, we were really pleased with the excellent variety of food options available. The spa was another highlight and offered a wonderfully relaxing experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We hope to return soon!
Just got back from our 3rd visit to Taj Exotica Dubai and it was fantastic once again. We are a lacto-vegetarian family and the food team completely took care of us. The cooks made whatever we asked for, including eggless waffles, eggless muffins, and eggless pastries! Every single meal was delicious. Big thank you to Chef Anish for taking such good care of us during dining. Also want to give a massive shoutout to Bassem (front desk manager). My young daughter spilled coffee all over her white linen trousers, and when Bassem found out, he immediately took care of getting them dry cleaned for us free of charge. Such a lovely gesture! The club room team was brilliant too—always friendly and making sure we had whatever eggless desserts or custom mocktails we wanted. Huge thanks to the whole team who made our trip so great: Bassem, Alka, Sudhir, Rohan, Chef Anish, Rashabh, and Zin. It really feels like our home away from home now. Can’t wait for stay number 4!
