Outstanding Hospitality
We had an amazing staycation at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa on the Palm Island, Dubai.
From the morning we arrived until we departed we were looked after by all the friendly dedicated staff, they cannot do enough for you.
Our special thanks to Alka and Nimfia in reception together with their staff in making our stay very memorable. Our Palm facing suite was amazing, very comfortable. Thank you for the birthday cake, bowl of fruit and the red balloons.
We would also like to thank Executive Chef Anoop, Chef Arjun Singh along with their team in looking after my wife's every need in her dietary requirements, much appreciated.
Our thanks also goes to Suman, George , Mercy and all the staff in both the restaurants and the Club Lounge.
The couples Indian Aromatherapy Massage was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you to all the staff in the Spa.
We normally stay at the Taj hotels worldwide because we know and expect the level of service will be outstanding and we will definitely come back to this hotel very soon.

Great Staycation Experience
Fabulous Experience Check in was very smooth, Welcomed with a drink which was much appreciated Staffs were very helpful and the necessary request were met. Breakfast was exceptional and lot of Indian varieties Very spacious room with all the amenities, Pool was superb We had an extended check out which was also appreciated as kids were enjoying the pool It was a wonderful experience and will visit again.

We spent my birthday on a staycation at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, attention to detail, and genuine luxury that Taj is famous for were on full display. The property is stunning, the atmosphere is serene, and every element of our stay was executed flawlessly.
It was a delight seeing the hospitality from such passionate, welcoming, and inspiring professionals who clearly put so much heart into crafting the guest experience here.
Taj Exotica made this birthday celebration exceptionally memorable. We cannot wait to return for our next staycation!

Perfect Staycation and Birthday Celebration
This was our 2nd visit to Taj Exotica Palm Dubai; this time as well we had a wonderful stay. Check in was smooth with Yash assisting with the formalities and then giving us a brief on the facilities in the property and our room. Booked the family room; super spacious overlooking the sea, bathroom was big had all the facilities. I was here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday; the team was kind enough to surprise my day with balloon decorations and also a small cake thereafter. A welcome note from Mr. Greg the Hotel Manager added the personalized touch which means a lot and appreciate the gesture. Restaurants are great, breakfast buffet was perfect with good options; the staff also provided eggless bakery items, a major plus for us to visit this property again. Spa is good, sauna and steam facilities are great. Overall a fantastic property with top notch service levels. Keep it up team Taj.
