We had a great time at the hotel clean comfortable and beautiful location. Didn’t enjoy the burger much but all else was great, Zia was great in the checkout process from picking up are back to assisting when we realised we left me phone and escorted me back and back car with luggage, kind and professional!
We have just returned home from the Taj as a family of 5. The hotel was a wonderful stay, the staff were amazing and had the highest standard of customer service, nothing was too much, you could tell they really cared about their guests. The pool and loungers were always available no matter the time of day, no sunbed wars here. The staff provided you with ice cold water bottles throughout the day, unlimited. The restaurant staff were so attentive, remembering your coffee and drinks orders as the week went on. They really made you feel welcome and again the customer service was unmatched. A special praise to Ryan, Nishan and Sudhir, they were so sweet and kind to us and our children. There is a lot of Indian cuisine but a lot a lot of international choice, a really good balance. The breakfast was really good and fresh, you can order some items freshly made for you. Ice coffees, french toast and hot drinks all included in half board. We had the à la carte lunch one day as we dined out in the evening and it was some of the best hotel food we have ever had. We also enjoyed the family brunch on Saturday, that was great, open to the public, small supplement to pay. They had a fantastic singer and the vibe was great, clown for the kids entertainment and performer making balloons. The hotel was spotless, welcoming and definitely 5 star experience. We had an amazing stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai, where we celebrated our anniversary, and the experience was truly memorable.
From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel very special and genuinely cared for. They surprised us with beautiful room decorations, a lovely anniversary cake, and a selection of fresh fruits, which made the occasion even more meaningful.
The location is great, the hospitality was exceptional,even when you’re at the pool or the beach, you’ll find a complementary ice tank with water. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay, the atmosphere, and the overall experience. It’s a real value for money experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taj Exotica Dubai vs Palazzo Versace Dubai
I recently stayed at both Taj Exotica Dubai and Palazzo Versace Dubai, and for me, Taj Exotica was the better overall experience.
Palazzo Versace is beautiful and definitely has a luxurious, grand look, but I found Taj Exotica to be more comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable overall. The hospitality at Taj Exotica really stood out, and the service felt more personal and attentive.
The overall atmosphere at Taj Exotica was relaxing and made the stay feel more special. While Palazzo Versace has impressive interiors and a very glamorous feel, Taj Exotica delivered a more complete luxury experience for me.
If I had to choose between the two for my next Dubai stay, I would choose Taj Exotica again and special thank to viraj at the reception and Mohammed, zia who took care our luggage very kind and pleaseing they know how to treat the guest
