I had a very pleasant stay at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah. The service was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Rahul – HK Assistant Manager, Ameya – Duty Manager, Manish, Deepa, Rubul, Chakra and Indira for taking good care of me and keeping the room clean. Thank you for the wonderful service. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again!
Exceptional Hospitality at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah
Our stay at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah was truly exceptional, entirely thanks to Chef Krishan Dev and Chef Mujibur Rahman at Levantera. We first met Chef Krishan seven years ago at another hotel in Dubai, where he went above and beyond to make sure our children had everything they desired. When we ran into him at the Marriott two years ago, we were in awe. Despite seeing thousands of guests day in and day out, he remembered us from 2019! That genuine human connection and warm welcome is the exact reason we chose to return this year.
True to his high standards, Chef Krishan recognised us immediately at breakfast and from day 1, ensured every detail was on point. He also introduced us to Head Baker Chef Mujibur Rahman, who had also looked after us back in 2019. What an incredible connection! Both of these men are brilliant at what they do, and we will happily follow them wherever their careers take them. The resort is beautiful, and the entire team is wonderfully friendly, but Krishan and Mujibur make it unforgettable. Afyer our first stay in 2024 we recommended Marriott Palm Jumeirah to all our family and friends who had booked their holiday here. 2 years later we will continueto do the same, particularly because of Krishan, Mujibur and the team!
