This was my first time staying at this hotel, and my first experience at Marriott Resort Palm The hotel is a high-quality property, and the staff made a real effort to ensure that my stay was smooth and enjoyable.
All the staff I interacted with were courteous, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to single out Zeeshan from the Valet Parking Team for his excellent service, helpfulness, and professionalism.
Overall, we had a very good stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The staff were excellent, and their hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended, and we look forward to staying here again!

I do not think I have ever been so compelled to write a hotel review ever before, were do I start.
We recently spent 8 x days in this lovely hotel and by the end we felt that we personally got to know so many of the staff and they hopefully got to know us as well this was due to us taking the time to get know the person rather than them being seen as a server, all of them are asset to this hotel and this seems to feed from Management downwards.
Rania the Manager was always seen about the hotel and always greeting her staff in the correct manner and always with a smile, she really has assembled a truly remarkable team that all look out for each other and more importantly want to give all guests the most wonderful time spent at the hotel. I would go as far to say Rania is the most hands on and available Manager, I have ever met at any hotels, we have spent time at all over the world
Special mention also to Jino the F&B director who we had some lovely chats with and sent us some cakes and a lovely handwritten letter to our room one night as a thank you for taking time to give him some positive feedback on his staff.
As I said we got to know so many of the lovely staff and apologies to anyone we missed but thank you to Anand the always smiling Pool Area Manager who would pop over and shake our hands every day, Gopi and Zubair by the pool two real stars who worked so hard and my early morning buddy Blessing who every sunrise we would discuss his niggling injuries from his badminton sessions the night before and show each other our photos of family and things like his new house, we had a blast.
Then onto the fabulous M Club were Min and Alisha would always greet us at reception anytime of the day with a smile and spend some time with us sharing their stories, Ivan walking around like a casino Pit Manager lol always making sure we were ok and had a drink or anything else we needed, Sharon, Rejina and Shweta three of the loveliest girls who would brighten our mornings in the M Club and gave us a lovely card and pancakes on our last morning and we all got pictures taken to remind us of our memories, Kapil the Barman at night who always greeted me with a smile on arrival and an ice cold beer and last but not least my wee buddy Zaw who would keep me company while my wife was getting ready in the M Club at night, we shared some great stories and really hope he finally manages to beat Min at PS5 on their off nights 😊lol.
Have I been to swankier hotels in the world the answer is yes although this is a lovely hotel, have I experienced a better group of staff from top to bottom I do not think I have.
We cannot wait to return to see everyone again soon and Rania keep up whatever you are doing because whatever it is it is working so well.
