Dubai is truly the best place to visit, and our stay at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah was amazing. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Special thanks to Zeeshan and Jithu at the main entrance, and the entire team, for their great assistance and warm hospitality. They were always ready to help and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The lobby also smelled wonderful and created a fresh and pleasant atmosphere.

A lovely time! The rooms were stunning, so modern and fresh. Although the breakfast queues did get long at peak times, Chef Krishan made it worth it and a memorable stay.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah. From the moment we arrived, the service, facilities and overall hospitality were exceptional. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond throughout our stay.
A very special mention has to go to Chef Krishnan, who was one of the highlights of our entire experience.
Krishnan’s service was truly outstanding. He took such genuine care in making sure everything was perfect for us and consistently went above and beyond what we would ever expect. His attention to detail, warmth, professionalism and passion for what he does were incredible.
What impressed us most was how personal his service felt. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and he made a genuine effort to look after us every time we saw him. It’s rare to come across someone in hospitality who leaves such a lasting impression, but Krishnan absolutely did.
He is an incredible asset to Marriott and deserves recognition for the level of service he provides. People like Krishnan are what turn a great hotel stay into a memorable one.
