We’ve had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome.
A very special mention has to go to Shoel, who looked after our adjoining rooms throughout our stay. What a genuinely lovely guy. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Every day we came back to an immaculate room with thoughtful little touches and different towel art waiting for us. It’s those personal touches that really make a holiday memorable.
We were in Dubai celebrating our daughter’s 25th birthday, and Shoel knew how special the occasion was to us. He couldn’t do enough for our family and helped make the whole experience feel that little bit more special. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Raju, Shoel’s manager, who was every bit as friendly, welcoming and professional. Shoel and Raju are honestly two of the nicest guys you could ever meet, and it’s clear that Raju has a great team around him.
The Marriott is a beautiful resort, but ultimately it’s the people who turn a great hotel stay into a memorable one. Shoel and Raju are a credit to the Marriott and perfect examples of what outstanding hospitality should be.
Thank you to everyone at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah for helping make our daughter’s 25th birthday trip one we’ll always remember.
