Our stay at Levantera was wonderful, but what truly made it special was the incredible breakfast experience every single day.

A very special thank you to Chef Upul and Chef Krishan, who went above and beyond to make our mornings a highlight. Every day, they surprised us with special dishes and little extras that made breakfast feel personal and unique. No matter how busy the restaurant was, they were always incredibly warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

You could really feel how much care and passion they put into what they do. They didn’t just prepare amazing food – they created an experience and made us feel truly looked after.

Chef Upul and Chef Krishan always took that extra step for us, and they did so every single day, regardless of how busy the restaurant was. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a huge impression on us.

Thank you, Chef Upul and Chef Krishan, for making every breakfast something we looked forward to. You turned breakfast into a daily highlight of our stay, and we will always remember your wonderful hospitality.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, who made our stay truly memorable.

A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to the entire Levantera team – including Bablu, Stanef, Saif, Tejal, Glan, and Srinvas. They deserve a very special mention for their outstanding service, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The entire Levantera team, including the Hostess team, was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was always incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful, and welcoming, and they consistently made us feel valued and well looked after. We unfortunately could not remember all of their names, but we want to make sure that every single member of the Levantera team feels included in our thanks and appreciation.

We would also like to give a very special thank you to Chef Upul, Chef Krishan, and Chef Santosh. They went above and beyond every single day and made both breakfast and dinner a wonderful experience. Breakfast became a daily highlight thanks to their fantastic daily specials and thoughtful little extras. Dinner was equally wonderful, with excellent food, great attention to detail, and genuine passion.

Even when the restaurant was extremely busy, both the chefs and the entire service team always made sure that we were well taken care of. They remained warm, friendly, attentive, and dedicated, despite how busy it could get. They consistently went the extra mile and made us feel truly special. Their teamwork and genuine care for their guests really stood out to us.

We would also like to give a special mention to David from the Smokie Moto team, who was helping out at Levantera during our stay. He was absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, and he fit seamlessly into the team. His warm and welcoming attitude made a great impression on us.

A very special thank you also goes to Akash, Chanda, Alex, and Sabina from the Housekeeping team. They were always incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, taking wonderful care of our room and making sure everything was clean and comfortable.

They even took exceptionally good care of my cuddly toy, Nico. 🧸❤️ Nico felt very comfortable and clearly enjoyed being so well looked after during our stay! It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch that we will definitely remember.

We would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Erisha from the Concierge team and the entire Concierge team, as well as Zoe from Guest Services. They were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Every day, they were present in the lobby, approachable, welcoming, and always ready to assist guests with a smile. Their dedication and genuine willingness to help made a wonderful impression on us.

It was reassuring to know that there was always someone available to answer a question, offer assistance, or simply make guests feel welcome. Erisha, Zoe, and their teams truly represent the exceptional level of hospitality that makes a hotel stay special.

We would like to emphasize once again how grateful we are to the entire team at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah. Every department contributed to making our stay so enjoyable, and the personal attention, warmth, and genuine care we experienced throughout our visit truly stood out.

It was a perfect stay. We have stayed this facility to celebrate my daughters birthday. Property is in very nice location and lots of activities are there. Staffs are very kind too and the food spread is good.
