Great stay on the palm!
The location is excellent as it’s not too deep into the Palm, making it very convenient for getting around Dubai. The hotel is modern and comfortable, with a good breakfast, although it can get quite busy and could do with a little more variety. The main pool can also get busy during peak times. Overall, a great hotel in a very convenient location and we would happily stay again.

It was amazing stay at Hilton palm Jumeirah everything was fine beautiful location and staff was very kind and helpful priyan and raja was very attentive all the time.thank you we will be back very soon.
Beach Front In the Palm
A beautiful beachfront hotel on The Palm with a lively and energetic atmosphere. The hotel felt quite warm during my visit, perhaps due to the weather, but the warm smiles and welcoming attitude from reception team members RJ and Allen immediately made the experience more pleasant.
The hotel was clearly busy, which was noticeable during check-in. The pool area was especially lively, with many children, while the lobby was also busy with families and appeared to be hosting a birthday celebration, complete with balloons. The Mowsem restaurant’s menu seemed to focus primarily on Indian cuisine, which may appeal particularly to guests who enjoy those dishes.
The room was comfortable and adequate overall, although there was an unpleasant smell in the hallway and elevator during my stay. Improving ventilation and addressing the source of the odor would enhance the guest experience.
If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing escape, the atmosphere may feel a little too energetic, especially around the pool and lobby areas. However, the professionalism of the staff stood out. They were well-trained in handling difficult situations, remained calm and courteous, and were genuinely apologetic whenever concerns were raised.
