C Central Resort The Palm

It's good location with good view. Atmosphere was very welcoming by Shame and made my daughter day special ❤️ with lovelycake and she even notes her date of birth and wish her on the spot. It showed that she was very attentive. Not that many ppl notice these small details. Other ppl would be busy to just check in quickly but she was great. Breakfast was amazing well done team 👏 chef lasantha was very welcoming and no doubt of the taste of food. Anything which wasn't there I ask made it specially. Very grateful for that. Taste was amazing too and good choice of buffet from healthy to yummy treat. What I like mostly that they make everything fresh on the spot and you get yummy hot fresh, omelette, eggs, even pancakes to waffles and French toast. Really appreciate they effects. The staff was also so Amazing Fawad khan and Julius, they were super friendly and making our stay comfortable and like we were part of the family. Anything missing they would go and ask and the chefs would make it. Thank you guys for your efforts and making our day special. The room were good and beautiful view. They cleaning staff very very punctual and bring stuff on time not making us call twice which I like, Raul clean the room and made sure very details and small stuff for room should there. The I must say was great cleaning good kids friendly plus temperature of the pool was good too. Overall really enjoyed it.

The staff, especially the reception team Ms. Alyza & Mr. Ajit were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They kindly offered an early check-in and late check-out, which made my stay even better. The facilities were excellent, the place was quiet, and the sea view was beautiful. It’s also conveniently located near the city and downtown. Highly recommended!
