Presenting 216 guest rooms including 34 suites, every room weaves the sights, sounds and flavours of Arabia into the design. Enjoy floor to ceiling windows boasting panoramic city or sea views, complimentary mini bar including soft drinks and snacks and luxury amenities.
Guests will be spoilt for choice with four unique restaurant concepts, state of the art recreational facilities, Ora boutique spa, 300-meter private beach, swimming pool and a separate adult only Cabana Pool.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Tibin and Gilson were very helpful. Food is great and ambience is very calm and inviting. Really loved the stay. Service was also top notch. Abdul at front desk was also very helpful.

We stayed at Andaz The Palm in June 2026 and were extremely disappointed. The overall standard of the food and service was very poor and far below what we expected from an Andaz hotel in Dubai.
The main issue was the management. It felt as though cost-cutting had taken priority over guest experience. Even basic things, such as having to put up your own beach umbrella and being told to return to reception for towels because management had instructed the beach staff not to provide them, were incredibly frustrating.
The staff themselves were lovely and did their best, but the management and the decisions being made above them seriously affected our stay.
For Dubai, and especially for a hotel of the Andaz brand, we expected so much more. Sadly, we would not recommend this hotel and would not return.
I really enjoyed my stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm! The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and at the same time very cozy. I especially loved the atmosphere — everything is thoughtfully designed, with a lovely interior, beautiful areas, and, of course, an amazing view of the sea.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, and they always tried to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy, with everything we needed. I also really enjoyed the hotel grounds and the pool — it’s such a nice place to relax and spend some time.
The location is also great, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful stay on Palm Jumeirah while still being able to get to other parts of Dubai easily.
Overall, I had a really lovely experience and only have positive impressions. I would definitely love to come back again and spend a few more days at Andaz Dubai The Palm!
