We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, so naturally this was a very special stay for us — and I can genuinely say the team made it a truly WOW experience.
Being a hotelier myself, I naturally notice the smallest details when I stay in a hotel, and it takes a lot to truly impress me. This team did exactly that. Beyond the beautiful property, it was the genuine warmth, care, attention to detail, and personal touches that made our honeymoon so memorable.

A huge appreciation to Sawsen, the Executive Housekeeper, and her wonderful housekeeping team — Priyantha, Sajeesh, Aneesh, Dijeesh, and Vinod. The room was always immaculate, and the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout our stay were exceptional.
I would also like to recognize the Assistant Beach House Manager and the wonderful waiter who looked after us during dinner. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get their names, but their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made our dinner particularly memorable. I hope the hotel can identify them and pass on our sincere appreciation.
As someone working in hospitality, I know what happens behind the scenes to create an effortless guest experience, and I truly appreciate the entire team for making ours feel so special.

Wow, what an amazing place! So peaceful, tranquil and extremely relaxing. We stayed in a premier lagoon access room, having the pool on your doorstep with 24/7 access was really something special. The room itself was stunning, cleaned to an extremely high standard every single day by Kyaw Rangana, who was really lovely and so helpful and polite. Everyday he left the most beautiful extra finishing touches, which made us feel so special. The resort itself is out of this world, so clean and with such beautiful surroundings and within short distances to main attractions. The staff here are fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble. They even gave us a room before check in time while they prepared our room. The valet staff are so friendly and helpful and a buggy is always on hand if you need transport around the resort. You’re never short on food and there is something here for everyone.
All in all it was the perfect holiday and we’ll definitely be coming back.
