Great holiday
We had a wonderful holiday! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and left nothing to be desired. A big thank you to Owen, Amelia, Gihan, and Abdullah for their excellent service. We were greeted and served with a friendly smile every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you also to the chef, Mr. Hussein, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything our hearts desired. The food was truly excellent! The only small downside was that the pool could have been a little cooler. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for an unforgettable stay — we would love to come back!
Awesome hotel
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is very nice and modern. I especially loved the beach and the swimming pool. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and professional, especially (youn-Elle-Owen-siia)
Lovely Stay with Excellent Service
We had a very pleasant stay at Adagio Premium The Palm. We arrived early, and our rooms were ready within 30 minutes, which was fantastic service from the reception team.
We had two lovely rooms on the 11th floor, which was also very convenient for getting to the pool.
We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly surprised him with a lovely box of chocolates, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
We stayed on a half-board basis, with all meals served in Fixie. Breakfast was buffet-style, and if there was something you wanted that wasn’t available, such as pancakes, hash browns or baked beans, the staff were happy to provide it. Lunch was a set menu with three choices, which changed each day. On one day, we struggled to find something we fancied, but the team kindly offered us something from the main menu instead, which was much appreciated.
The staff in Fixie were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special mentions to Ester, Liya and Amelia, who looked after us so well. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the gentlemen’s names, but they were also very helpful.
The only negative was that there were a few flies around some of the uncovered food at times, which could perhaps be addressed.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.
