We had a very pleasant stay at Adagio Premium The Palm. We arrived early, and our rooms were ready within 30 minutes, which was fantastic service from the reception team.
We had two lovely rooms on the 11th floor, which was also very convenient for getting to the pool.
We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly surprised him with a lovely box of chocolates, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
We stayed on a half-board basis, with all meals served in Fixie. Breakfast was buffet-style, and if there was something you wanted that wasn’t available, such as pancakes, hash browns or baked beans, the staff were happy to provide it. Lunch was a set menu with three choices, which changed each day. On one day, we struggled to find something we fancied, but the team kindly offered us something from the main menu instead, which was much appreciated.
The staff in Fixie were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special mentions to Ester, Liya and Amelia, who looked after us so well. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the gentlemen’s names, but they were also very helpful.
The only negative was that there were a few flies around some of the uncovered food at times, which could perhaps be addressed.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel and would especially like to thank the management and the entire team for their understanding and support.
There was an issue with our booking caused by an error on the travel agency’s side, and the manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to find a solution and make sure everything was resolved smoothly for us. We truly appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help.
We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Breakfast was another highlight — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Liya, Owen, Gihan, Amelia, and Hussain for taking such wonderful care of us during breakfast. Their attentive and friendly service made our mornings even more enjoyable.
We would also like to mention Nwe at the reception who was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and felt genuinely well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We would be very happy to return!
