He is a good and energetic interactive guy I Meet in that ride my kids enjoyed he made my kids happy 🫡.i will be back soon with my friends and family .my kids will enjoy a lot they are crying when we leave dragon coaster.appreciate him

Great

We had a great stay at the Legoland resort Dubai. All staff were great but wanted to give a special shout out to the housekeeping staff Mahbub and Akash who took great care of our room every day! 
The facilities in the hotel and the amusement parks were very clean and well maintained all day long! We were surprised to see how clean the water park also was even though it’s used by kids. Well done to the staff!

Great stay!

We went with 2 kids and decided to try 2 different themed rooms - Friends and Pirates. So:
1. Reception is amazing - there is a small area filled with lego parts and kids just dig through it, and keep building something new. Also right there - a playground, looks like a castle and has slides. 
2. Every day there are different activities for kids in a workshop. My son attended some high-tech one ))), they had small robot car and had to figure how to make it move through commands on provided ipads.
3. Rooms are clean. Also each room had a list with steps to solve in order to open a safe box with hidden lego gift inside. Everything covered with rugs, feels nice and soft. Room was divided into 2 zones - 1 king size bed and 1 bank bed, each zone with a TV.
4. Food was good, not exact my taste, but it's okay. And, to the kids happiness, - there was ice-cream machine all the time!!!! Once we came early for the dinner and there were coloring sheets with coloring pencils on the tables.
5. There is outdoor swimming pool. We didn't try it, as it looked very small, but it looked suitable for very small kids.
6. Staff is super friendly, honestly they are heroes with all the noise and mess around - they keep smiling, keep it calm and friendly.
7. The location is very convenient - there are Legoland themed park, Motion Gate Park, Aquapark, Real Madrid, etc. There is a Village Outlet Mall with shops, restaurants and pharmacy nearby - 3 min by car, 10-15 min by walk. 
Now, why 4 out of 5:
1. Super noisy. Some guests would be back to their room by midnight or later and don't keep their kids quite, so you might constantly hear them passing by. Same thing in the morning.
2. Bathroom tiles on the walls in the shower cabin needed to be cleaned. 
3. There isn't a hairdryer.
4. It was during Christmas holidays so it was very crowded and the main restaurant sometimes looked a bit messy. 

Amazing experience for the kids!

Best hotel I have ever been to. The catering staff were lovely, especially Emma and Sharon! The other staff were great as well, chatty and kind. The lobby is amazing, with something to do or look at everywhere. The rooms are really really nice and I just adore the decorations. My only complaint is that the hand wash is too high for little people to reach! 😂 I just really love this hotel and I can’t comprehend how people have rated it lower than five stars! 🌟

Amazing! Really recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Resort in mid-December. We visited mid-week, so it was not crowded. We arrived before noon, but our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in early, which was super helpful. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The food at the buffet was better than in the US. The hotel was much newer and cleaner.
The pool was heated, which was a plus because the water at the water park was cold.
The hotel is super close to Legoland, so we could rest and go back to the park quickly.
It is also close to a boardwalk with shops and restaurants. So, while our kids were taking Lego building classes at the hotel, we could get away for a nice meal. 
The hotel price included access to Legoland. The overall pricing was significantly lower than in Legoland Resort in Florida.

Can't wait to visit again!
