Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. When the sun is out, a round of golf or a day at the private beach are two great options for taking advantage of the fine weather. This Mediterranean resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge). Spending a day of fun is easy with the complimentary theme park shuttle.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at the JA Palm Tree Court! From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was top-notch. The resort itself is beautiful, lush, and offers a perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. What truly made our experience extraordinary, however, was the incredible staff. The level of service throughout the entire resort is excellent—everyone is warm, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. A special mention must go to Bam, who was simply outstanding! Bam’s exceptional service, friendly attitude, and attentive care genuinely stood out and made our stay even more memorable. If you are looking for amazing luxury, beautiful surroundings, and world-class service, we cannot recommend JA Palm Tree Court highly enough. We will definitely be back!
I had a great experience here! The buggy service was excellent as well. The guy named Hit was so friendly and cool, and he showed me around really well. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!
This definitely isn't our first visit to JA Palm Tree Court. I believe this was actually our 6th visit this year, and I can honestly say it just seems to get better every time we come back.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were excellent. Shrayana greeted us and our room was already ready, which was a great start. As we decided to try the Residence section this time, we were checked in in our room and all the paperwork was dealt with there, which was a really nice touch.
Shrayana then took the time to go through all the luxury amenities the room had to offer and couldn't have done any more to help us settle in. Thank you, Shrayana, for making us feel so welcome.
We decided to have lunch in the lounge, which was lovely. Hasheer was looking after us around the Signature Lounge and pool area and was always so polite and helpful. He was never far away if we needed anything, whether it was getting a drink from the bar or ordering food from the Captain's Bar. Thanks again, Hasheer, for all your help.
I also want to mention David and Albert, who were both so helpful during our stay. They helped us get around the resort and also arranged the milky bath in the room for my wife's birthday. We did have to change it around slightly, but they were so accommodating and went out of their way to rearrange everything for us. Really appreciate everything they did.
The butler team were fantastic. The WhatsApp communication was brilliant whenever we messaged, someone was always quick to reply and if we needed anything, they were there to help. John Allan, please pass on a big thank you to the whole team from us.
One of the best surprises of the stay was the team all getting together to sing Happy Birthday to my wife. She had absolutely no idea, and it was such a lovely surprise. It's another great memory we'll have from JA Palm Tree Court.
Basu from Housekeeping also deserves a special mention. The room was set up perfectly and the birthday bed decoration looked amazing. It was so good we didn't want to mess it up! Please pass on our thanks to Basu.
And of course, Amina, who always knows how to make the best Espresso Martini! 😂
I also have to mention Fernando. He is honestly such a great guy. He's always on the go, making sure everyone is having a good time, but still takes the time to stop and have a chat with guests. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He's definitely one of the reasons we keep coming back to JA Palm Tree Court.
I think one of the biggest compliments we can give the resort is that after coming here so many times, we know so many of the staff by name without even having to look at their name badges. When you get to that point, you know you're somewhere special. It doesn't feel like a "hi, bye" resort it feels like you're coming back to see friends.
We also had another great meal at White Orchid. The food was fantastic as always and the staff were so welcoming. The table they arranged for my wife's birthday was another lovely touch and made the evening that little bit more special.
Once again, we've had another fantastic stay. It's the staff, the atmosphere, the food and the little personal touches that keep bringing us back.
Thank you to everyone at JA Palm Tree Court for looking after us once again. We're already looking forward to the next visit!
Wonderful service from the ever friendly staff who are wonderful, helpful and really pleasant, especially Dinesh who has helped us every day of our stay. We are however disappointed that not everything is open or available on the All Inclusive as it has always been on past visits. The Beach Hotel and The Lake View Hotel are both closed and the restaurants open for a few days each but are not available all the time. Even the pool at Palm Tree Court is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the Tamr bar/resteraunt is closed full stop. No complimentary shuttle service into the Malls. Some of the guests here booked the Lake View and the Beach Hotel only to be told on arrival that they were getting a free upgrade to Palm Tree Court!!! We haven’t been offered a refund of any description for our facilities being curtailed
JA The Resort was an excellent choice for our family staycation, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience!
We had an unexpected issue with our booking dates, but thankfully, we were not charged any additional fees. A special thank you to Katrina from Reception, who was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us and managed to arrange rooms for our entire stay despite our booking error. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the incredible range of amenities and activities the resort has to offer. From horse riding and splash pods for the kids to several swimming pools for both adults and children, there was never a dull moment. We also enjoyed the animal discovery zones, golf facilities, and a relaxing spa experience. Being able to leave our son at the Kids Club gave us some much-needed time to unwind and enjoy ourselves, too!
What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality and genuine warmth of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Raju, Hamad, and Ibrahim for their exceptional service and thoughtfulness. They certainly made our stay even more memorable.
