Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service
I had a wonderful stay at JA Lake View Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, facilities and the overall service. The resort is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. I highly recommend JA Lake View Hotel and I would definitely come back again.

Hotel Review
Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly, which affected the overall experience.
One of the main challenges was the hotel's policy regarding outside food. Outside food was not allowed, and there was no microwave available to heat personal food. As I was traveling with a toddler, having access to a microwave was important for warming my child's meals.
Additionally, a dental kit was not provided in the bathroom. The breakfast area was also quite congested, especially during busy hours, which made the experience less comfortable.
On a positive note, the hotel's location was excellent—peaceful, relaxing, and convenient. With improvements in cleanliness and guest facilities, the overall experience could be significantly better.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment of our check-in. Lexas, Altaf, Vyshak and Farhan were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our arrival. Their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
We are very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate the excellent hospitality.
