Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. You can get some exercise with a round of golf or enjoy a lazy day at the private beach. Getting to the surf and sand is a breeze with the complimentary beach shuttle.
My husband and I stayed here for 10 days. Our stay didn’t get off to the best start. Two of the hotel buildings, including the one where we had originally booked our room, had been closed for renovation. We weren’t informed until the very last moment where we would actually be staying.
We first arrived at the Beach building, but there was nobody there. Luckily, after about 10 minutes, a staff member appeared, called reception and directed us to Lake View. The building is new, clean and beautiful. The staff welcomed us warmly and checked us in very quickly.
One thing we didn’t expect was the AED 1,000 deposit charged in addition to the tourist tax. We hadn’t planned on having that amount held for the duration of our holiday. We also later discovered that drinks at lunch and dinner were not included in the half-board package and had to be paid for separately.
Our room was very nice and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Olawale from the concierge team! He greeted us and saw us off every day and always helped us with parking the car. His service really stood out. Really nice guy!
There isn’t much to do at the hotel in the evenings, so we rented a car and spent our nights exploring Dubai. It takes around 30–40 minutes to drive from the hotel to central Dubai.
Buggies run regularly around the resort, and we usually took one to the beach. The beach itself is very clean and spacious, with beautiful sunsets. We saw starfish in the water as well as lots of small fish. Around the resort there are beautiful birds, peacocks and deer, as well as stables and a small zoo. There are also huge golf courses for golf lovers and various sports facilities.
We visited during the low season, so the hotel was generally very quiet. There were always plenty of sun loungers available and the pools were never crowded. It did become noticeably busier at the weekend when local guests arrived from the city. To be honest, I can imagine it getting quite crowded once all of the hotel buildings reopen, because although the resort grounds are very large, the hotel’s overall capacity is also huge.
This time we travelled without our children, but there seems to be plenty for families as well: a water play area with slides, swimming pools, mini golf and the zoo. I think children would really enjoy it here.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Just keep in mind that it is best suited to a quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday rather than a stay with lots of evening entertainment.
I had an excellent experience and i extremely enjoyed my stay. The food is amazing and the hotels are pretty good with lots of activties to do. The staff were very friendly specially Menchie from reception. Very helpful and friendly. highly recomended. You must visit!

Perfect Experience in Dubai. Really good food! The facilities are clean and perfect environment. The best thing is you can do a lot of sports activities. We enjoyed the beach as its very nice. The staff were very kind and friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Specialy Sam and Menchie, they are both helpful and great hospitality service. We will be back again.
