Great experience. Hotel is ideally located. Great restaurants around. Very spacious rooms. Decebt breakfast, could be improved. Staff was fantastic! Special mention goes to Ms Karima for the extra care and humane heart. I was sick and she personally brought meds and chocolate !!!! Thank you and surely will visit again!

I had a wonderful experience at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and everything was handled with great care and attention.
The team were accommodating to all my needs and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay is memorable, particularly Mavi from the concierge team.
