Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre

I had an excellent stay at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre. For me, one of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is very convenient for both business and sightseeing, with easy access to the visa center, Dubai Land Department, DIFC, and the Museum of the Future. This made it particularly suitable for my trip, as I could take care of business appointments while still enjoying Dubai during my free time.

The interior of the hotel was another highlight. The décor feels grand, elegant and slightly theatrical—it somehow reminded me of the glamorous world of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby. It has a very different atmosphere from many of Dubai’s newer minimalist luxury hotels.

I also really enjoyed the hotel’s dining and lounge areas. Bull & Bear has an impressive city view and a sophisticated atmosphere. In my opinion, it works equally well for a business lunch or a more private dinner.

Peacock Alley is another beautiful part of the hotel, with a classic and luxurious lounge atmosphere. There is also a dedicated indoor Cigar Lounge, which I particularly appreciated. Being able to enjoy a cigar comfortably indoors is a real advantage in Dubai, especially during the hotter months.

Most importantly, I would like to thank Ms. Anastassiya at the Front Desk for making my stay especially memorable. When she learned that I needed to visit the visa center the following day, she thoughtfully arranged a late check-out for me, which made my schedule much easier.

She also arranged a beautiful corner city-view room for me. With large floor-to-ceiling windows and an excellent view over the Dubai skyline and several of the city’s landmarks, the room became one of the highlights of my stay.

For someone who frequently travels long distances for business, these thoughtful details can turn a hotel stay into one of the best memories of a trip. The combination of location, atmosphere, facilities and personalized service made a very positive impression on me.

I would definitely be happy to stay at Waldorf Astoria DIFC again on a future visit to Dubai.

Waldorf Astoria had been an amazing experience. Long list of laurels Excellent location. Wonderful systems (reflected in forthcoming and proactive services), felt like home. High class amenities (Pool, spa, Bulls and steak house, Peacock bar etc) You’re in there, they start taking you as one of their own. Special commiserations to reception staff including Ma’am Anjana, Matina and Nandar for going overboard to help and guide And, all housekeeping and in room dining staff for excellent services Great name and great people (nutshell) I’ll come again, definitely

We decided to take a last minute trip to Dubai from the UK for a 10 day beach break. That said we could not resist staying here for one night having experienced the absolute luxury and exceptional service levels on a couple of previous visits. This hotel does have a lovely pool area but it’s not on the beach.

Delighted to report this truly wonderful property continued to live up to the extremely high standards it had previously delivered. The property is exquisite in all its communal areas and the rooms are spacious and presented to luxurious standards.

On arrival the high service levels kick in immediately as you are welcomed at kerbside and accompanied to reception. Checking in is a pleasant experience with those behind the desk delivering a friendly, welcoming introduction to the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble.

In the evening (and for breakfast the following morning) we had no hesitation in dining at the in house restaurant The Bull and Bear. The food here is at another level, as is the service. The chef and his team produce some truly memorable dishes. In my opinion the evening offering at Michelin Star standard! Thank you.
