Strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road, facing Dubai International Financial Center and close to the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center, the hotel is directly accessible to Dubai Metro Station at the hotel doorstep. The hotel has 4 restaurants and a café that serve a variety of cuisines from international buffet to Mediterranean. Other facilities include the lounge, business centre, health club and spa. Guests can enjoy the infinity swimming pool which gives unique views of the Jumeirah beach and the Arabian Sea.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a sauna. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Excellent location, few steps to the metro station. Not clean from hotel door entrance to lefts to room itself. My room was spacious as my tour operator U/G to deluxe but nothing different in terms of assets. Wifi very bad in room with poor coverage in certain spots no coverage at all, and slow connection in rest if room. Breakfast very average with limited selections and again missing cleanliness. Expect an espresso machine in room as in all 5* hotels but found an old fashion kettle instead !!
Could do much better in this facility to gain loyal customer.
I had a pleasant stay at Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. One of the highlights was the spectacular city view from the higher floors, especially around the 50th–60th floors. The views of Dubai are truly impressive, particularly in the evening.
The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, and the swimming pool was also a great place to relax. The front desk, bell, and other hotel staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its location and the amazing views from the higher floors.
That said, the room amenities and furnishings are starting to look a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. I also noticed that the corridors could be cleaned and maintained better. This is an area where management could focus on improving the overall guest experience.
Overall, a good hotel with excellent views, good service, and great value for money. I would be happy to stay again.
I had an absolute nightmare of a stay at The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. The pictures online are completely misleading—the hotel is old, degraded, and severely run-down. The cleanliness was appalling, and the food at breakfast was dreadful. On top of that, overall service was painfully slow, and during breakfast, it was non-existent.
The swimming pool was a complete disaster: filthy, poorly maintained, and nothing like the photos. To make matters worse, guests were swimming in regular full clothes with zero enforcement of pool attire rules. Even the walkway leading to the pool area feels like walking through a dirty parking garage rather than a hotel amenity!
When I complained, they offered an "upgrade" to a Premium Room, which surprisingly turned out to be even worse than the standard room I booked. This hotel is nowhere near worth the money paid. I am deeply frustrated with every single aspect of this stay and will never return.
This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The food here is absolutely terrible, no selection at all- I go hungry, there is no drinks included just water. Very poor.
The lift is very poor and hot inside.
Pool is tiny.
Needs alot of work on the hotel, the service is pretty good, so as the rooms.
Location in downtown to the metro is convinient, but this is not worth your money. DONT STAY HERE
I have been staying at this hotel for many years, primarily because of its excellent location. It is conveniently situated directly next to the Emirates Towers Metro Station, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The breakfast offers a good variety of options and is consistently enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Rodel, one of the managers, who is exceptional. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay, and his dedication to customer service is truly commendable.
One area that requires attention is the elevator system. During peak hours, it is not uncommon to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator, which can be quite frustrating.
The hotel has been renovating its rooms over the past few years. During this visit, I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the reception staff kindly accommodated me with an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was assigned one of the older, unrenovated rooms. Unfortunately, these rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment. They appear dated, worn, and not as clean as expected, which detracts from the overall experience. I have attached photos to illustrate the condition of the room.
Overall, the hotel’s location, breakfast, and excellent staff—particularly Rodel—remain its greatest strengths. Once the room renovations are completed and the elevator issue is addressed, the guest experience will be significantly improved.
