Having lived and worked in Dubai, we are regular visitors and book a different hotel each time. On this occasion we chose the Ritz Carlton on Jumeriah which did not disappoint. The staff were amazing and certainly made the difference to our stay, we felt so honoured to be their guests. The staff in particular, were Shevin and Kotha in Housekeeping, Miss Trang in Blue Jade restaurant, Kamal, Rim and Wai the pool boys, Jacquline and Paskah, restaurant reservations, Monalisa, Sai, James, Ravinder, Shyam, Douglas, Andy, Loshi and all the chefs in Caravan , and last but not least, Frances, Adam and Edwin on security, these people were unbelievable, so much so that we have booked for next year. Thank Ritz Carlton for giving us a wonderful experience and one we will never forget.
Fantastic hotel. Service was amazing especially the room servicing. Our room was serviced twice a day. All in all I couldn’t recommend this hotel high enough

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai. The room was always perfectly clean, tidy, and very well maintained.
A special thank you to Alamin and Herbert from the housekeeping team. They were always friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Their excellent service made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
