We were met at the door by Fawad who looked after us very well. We were greater at reception and taken to a very large room. The hotel is well maintained and the facilities are outstanding. However, it is the staff that make the experience so memorable.
Excellent Hotel great food and service from all the staff. Highly recommend to all. Recommend the club lounge good food and plenty of drinks. Very relaxed area. Great selection of restaurants. All with great food and great service.
From the moment we arrived to the day we left, our whole experience at the Ritz-Carlton was amazing. We stayed in the garden rooms on a half board basis with dine around, which worked really well and gave us plenty of choice.
The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The location is brilliant too.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

We have had a wonderful holiday for our first time in Dubai, and I would like to say staying as this hotel was the highlight of our holiday. Honestly all the staff we have met are a credit to you, I would say it has been the best service we have ever had. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and go above and beyond. A few of the many staff I would love to highlight are: Rim Rana, Haresh, Hussain and Jayesh who work hard around the pool everyday. Sachith - Krishna who do the most amazing job cleaning our room, and have really made me smile with their towel animals! Elsa - lounge bar

Everything is super amazing. James was super friendly and professional, and Everything in hotel was very good. Pink October brunch was very lovely. Music and food was super nice. Highly recommended hotel
