One of the best hotels in dubai. Great location in the heart of downtown. Nice facilities and great service , in particular dipak who always takes very good care when I visit the spa.

Annabelle was hands-down the best staff member—she was so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire meal. It is rare to find such a perfect combination of delicious food and top-tier hospitality, and a huge thank you goes to Annabelle for making our time together so memorable!
