Brilliant customer service
The hotel staff where really friendly and helpful especially Saqib who went out his way to make us comfortable and ensure we had everything we need and provided items we needed like fresh towel, water bottles etc. saqib was extremely polite friendly and respectful and I really appreciate how he looked after us. Thank you to all staff especially Saqib

This is my 3rd stay here and I everyone and everything has been so pleasant. Swepan and Sunita were super helpful with the rooms and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Relaxing stay in Business Bay
Great relaxing 2 week stay during the summer.
Very comfortable rooms and great facilities. Massive pool, great bar for watching live sports and attentive and courteous staff serving at the breakfast buffet.
Room cleaning was immaculate every day, Christine really looked after us.
Close by to Dubai mall and all the local food delivery options.
Would recommend.

First Time in Dubaï and in the first collection hôtel
Kaisar from Landry is really the best. The clothes are perfectly ironed and smell amazing. The service exceeds expectations.
