Location This hotel is part of the prize-winning Al Murook complex at the heart of Dubai's business district. It is a true attraction of the city due to its architecture and location, an ideal destination for business travellers and holidaymakers alike. The hotel lies on the famous Sheikh Zayed Street and next to the so-called Dubai International Financial City. The Congress Centre is just three minutes from the hotel.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I have been coming to this hotel for the past 7 years. The management and team in ground is phenomenal. Mr. Elsayed, Asma, Supriya and Zeba left ni stone unturned to keep me and my family feel at home. Elsayed is a gem and I congratulate Swissotel to hire someone like him. The location, property, management everything is just amazing.
The room service was spectacular and the staff were so helpful and kind specially May, Aaril, and Zeeshar.. i also have to mention the great hygiene and how they organize the room in a very delicate and beautiful way
