Hotel and apartment is very clean and tidy its a big apartment room i enjoyed my stay with swissotel al murooj swimming is very nice breakfast is good staff were amazing of front office specially Abdullah doorman and Salim from concierge is amazing.., 🤩🤩

Concierge is Best

I just spent 6 weeks at Swissotel Al Murooj Dubai for business.  The hotel is perfectly located just 300 meters from Dubai Mall.  Its a great hotel for leisure or business.

The food and beverage staff are doing a great job, especially the four ladies working at the Circle Cafe in the lobby.    

If you are staying for business, the team working in the business center is the best I've seen for business support services, especially Niko, Zoya and Karen - copies, scanning, email follow-up and coordination of meetings - is all very good.

Mr. Badul leads a great team in the housekeeping department.   Errol or Enrol, and Khin did a fabulous job keeping my room clean, sheets fresh, and plenty of towels.   The best part was when housekeeping would come back around 6:00pm for touch-up service to replace any used towels with fresh for the evening.

The restaurant is currently under construction, but the F&B staff set-up a fabulous breakfast buffet in the Grand Ball Room every morning - including eggs made to order by chefs ready to meet any request.   The soft classical music playing each morning in the Grand Ball Room is a good start to every day!

For 6 weeks, the Laundry staff consistently delivered my clothes each day on hangars or folded, as ordered, with good communication and friendly service.

Overall, the hotel is doing a great job and you will find this hotel is a fabulous place to stay in Dubai.     Bill S.

6 Weeks of Great Hospitality Service at the SwissOtel Murooj Dubai

The hotel is filthy and bad smelly…
Reception team had a very bad attitude and they were not helpful..
The hotel is not even 1 star much less 5!!!!!
I wonder who rated such a hotel as part of 5 star segment…
Chairs are dirty… sofa is full of stain… smells sewage in the room 
Broken lamps

Disappointed and disastrous

This is regards to the breakfast, it was very good with a decent variety of food. The waitstaff were super friendly and very attentive, Tanveer and Jeni were wonderful.  The fruit was fresh and tasted excellent and the made to order omelette was very good. I highly recommend their breakfast.

Service was exceptional and breakfast was great.  Had great service from Afrooz and Thin booking a day tour for us. Overall great stay but do agree with some of the comments, the hotel needs a bit of TLC in the rooms.  Great location walking distance to Dubai Mall.
