Great hotel with the best staff
This is the tenth time at this hotel and we will be back next year the hotel is situated near a metro centre and next to a mall where it meets all your needs from snacks to shopping for extras the hotel is very clean housekeeping is excellent can’t do enough for you all the staff are fantastic but shout out to the breakfast staff miss karen and the two best managers they make our holiday with there plesent service that’s why we come back for the great staff breakfast is good but the staff are better see you next year

Massage
Me and my husband had a great time having our massage with Mahesh and Nadia. They are excellent therapists. It’s the reason why we always come back. Swissotel Spa have a very good therapists. Thank you also to Grace for her kind assistance and hospitality. Definitely we will come back again.

He demonstrates a positive attitude even during busy periods and manages his workload efficiently while maintaining the quality of his work.
