Hossain is the most elegant and helpfull employee within sofitel. I renewed my residency 3 times because of him.
Another fabulous stay at this great hotel. We booked a club lounge room as always and it was very good. The staff in the lounge as always were great. One observation would be that the wine choice was very limited. They only had Sauvignon Blanc which we don't like, an alternative would have been goid. Our housekeeping staff were truly amazing, our room was spotless every day. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and the service we received from Kumari and Anas was the best ever. Thank you. Pool bar staff and lifeguards were also great and so very kind, keeping us hydrated and arranging our sunbeds. Thank you again to you all in these uncertain times

Minuses Air conditioning in the room was warm. - Pre programmed at the lowest of 22 deg celcius, maintenance came and set it lower, but tempreture was reset the next day back to a warm 22 deg, which made an uncomfortable sleep at night. Served with chipped teapot at breakfast
What could have been nicer If the staff at check in noticed that I was celebrating a birthday and did something/notified the team - left a note on the bed when making up the room / served a crossant with a candle at breakfast - none of which was extra cost, just attentiveness.

I have stayed at The Obelisk hotel so many times since it opened ,the hotel location is excellent very close to the Dubai international airport,my room was very spacious and clean as always ,staff are always welcoming ,the hotel has a beautiful pool on the 6th floor , the breakfast is amazing would definitely recommend this hotel
