Wonderful stay at Sofitel The Obelisk
We absolutely loved our stay at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. It was surreal since the time we entered. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean and has lovely amalgamation of modern as well egyptian architecture. A special thank you to Mr. Vishnu, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He was professional, attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. He anticipated our needs, responded promptly to every request, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. His dedication to providing outstanding service made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It is staff members like Mr. Vishnu who transform a great hotel into an exceptional one. We sincerely appreciate his hard work and kindness and look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Spa with L'Occitane at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Ricky, the spa receptionist, for the excellent hospitality, friendly attitude, and smooth check-in process. The therapists Dwi, Ayu, Artati, and Ravi were exceptional. They were highly skilled, attentive, and made every treatment relaxing and rejuvenating. Their professionalism and care truly made my spa experience unforgettable. I would also like to recognize Buda, the spa attendant, for keeping the facilities clean, well-organized, and comfortable throughout my visit. A big thank you to the lifeguards Rip, Manoj, and B.B.S. for being attentive, friendly, and ensuring the pool area was safe and enjoyable for everyone. Finally, I appreciate Maria and Anna at the fitness reception for their warm welcome, helpful assistance, and excellent customer service. The entire team at Sofitel Spa with L'Occitane provides outstanding service and creates a luxurious, relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting Dubai and look forward to returning again soon. Five stars!
