Best place to stay
Good place to stay . The suite is nice. Shahid the housekeeper is the best. Breakfast is good and the haute croissanterie is better ! Good gym and pool is quiet. Big up to Vicky also for finding us a good table every day. And valet parking are the fastest…. I’ll be back for sure

A truly exceptional stay at Sofitel Downtown Dubai! ❤️ A huge thank you to Abira - Amira and Khushboo from Front Office for making my stay so special. They arranged the cutest surprise and prepared a beautiful room on the 19th floor with an amazing Burj Khalifa view. 🥰 also on the pool Kelvin from FB team were friendly and were taking care about my accor welcome drinks!!! Lovely service 2 floor from lounge name of waiter was Mart thanks for help!
As an ALL Accor Diamond member, I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the attention to detail here was absolutely number one. The amenities, decoration and personal touches were incredible.
And the details! They even prepared a beautiful bath 🛁 with flowers and a mirror note. Such a lovely surprise and such a high level of service! ✨

Room cleaning was done properly Mr.Raju was so professional in the cleaning very nice staff in Housekeeping

Great hotel with professional staff, I would like to thank the morning buffet team and cleaning team (Gomathi) for amazing service. Very quiet, great location near metro and hallway to Dubai Mall, nice breakfast options, good pool and gym included. Very comfy bed as well. I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is amazing if you have work around dubai mall The breakfast is very good The staff was very friendly and helpful but the only thing that bothered me was smoke smell in the room
