Beautiful hotel disappointing service
Beautiful hotel, disappointing service. The rooms and décor are excellent, but the reception service was far below the standard expected. I requested to speak with the Reception Manager, but my request was simply refused. Even more disappointing, the reception team seemed unfamiliar with Accor’s loyalty program and its benefits. This is unacceptable for a hotel under Accor and does not reflect the standards expected in Dubai. Great property, but seriously poor front-office management.

Nice and Luxury,
The hotel is quite beautiful and luxurious. Dubai Mall is about a half-hour walk away, but a taxi costs 13-14 AED. The rooms are tastefully designed and quite spacious. I think every room has a balcony, and the balconies are quite large. The breakfast isn't excellent, but it's acceptable. There are two rooftop pools with plenty of sun loungers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Muhammed Ahsan and Rabi from housekeeping.
