A great property with exceptional service. From the entrance with Sudhir and his colleagues to the excellent teams during breakfast and the warm hospitality of the lounge staff where Shin, Gnagan and others make you feel at home.
I will definitely be staying at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai again. The staff service is top quality at every point. We were greeted and checked-in with Kay who was helpful moving my room to a higher floor so we could have a great view. Sajani is a star, anytime we saw her in the club lounge or around the hotel she knew who we were, we mentioned Dubai chocolate and she provided great options for where to buy, and when she heard I liked dates, she had a welcome amenity of dates sent to my room. Sajani smiled with every interaction, it's a wonderful interaction. The pool staff were always ready to take your order or place a towel down on a chair. During breakfast Janet was amazing, she started my day with smiles which is a great way to start the day, and she was attentive to our table. On our day of checkout we had a housekeeper stop to ask if we needed help with our luggage, this is hospitality. We had a slight error with our invoice Anuj and Kartnika were quick to correct, and were so warm and provided great service, chatty and informative. I left with the feeling every staff member wanted the guest to have an amazing stay.
The room is modern, and I felt the room was recently renovated, the room was comfortable and very clean. The club lounge is stunning, with great offerings, beautiful views, the food delicious and the drinks well made, and the staff very attentive. The pool is very relaxing, and with a view of the Burj Khalifa, music relaxing, with comfortable sun chairs with options in the sun or shade. The pool was clean and refreshing. During our morning breakfast there were so many options, I wish I could have tried everything. All the food was fresh and delicious.
I wish I had the time to stay longer, but I will be back.
