Wonderful experience staying at Sheraton Dubai! The hotel’s casual bistro for afternoon tea and simple evening meals exceeded all my expectations. The food tastes great, the atmosphere is quiet and cozy, ideal for unwinding after sightseeing in Dubai’s heat.

A huge thank you to Tristan, Shin and Sajani! Every time I dined here, their service was professional and heartfelt. They greeted me warmly, offered great food suggestions, and looked out for me when I suffered from heat exhaustion, headaches and loss of appetite. Their kindness was such a comfort during my trip. This charming little restaurant and this fantastic team are major highlights of my stay. 10/10 recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand, and I felt compelled to write in and personally recognize a number of the team members who made my experience truly outstanding from start to finish. It’s rare to encounter this level of consistent care across so many departments, and I wanted to make sure their efforts didn’t go unnoticed.

Anuj deserves special recognition for the best service I’ve experienced at any hotel. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure I felt completely at home and at ease. He has a wonderful, personable way about him, paired with real empathy and attentiveness to how I was feeling throughout my stay. It never felt transactional; it felt genuine.

Eslam matched that same spirit, showing exceptional hospitality and warmth in every interaction we had. He made me feel safe and secure at all times, and was someone I could speak with easily and connect with right away.

Anthony also stood out significantly. When I needed to move rooms, he handled the entire process with precision and care, making what could have been a stressful situation feel completely effortless.

In the lounge, Shagun and Sajani gave me the best lounge experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. They went well above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements, checking in with me and making thoughtful adjustments so I never had to worry.

Shin and Tristan were equally wonderful: consistently hospitable, warm, and always serving with a genuine smile that made the lounge feel welcoming every time I visited.

At breakfast, Hemz and Anmol elevated the experience to something truly royal. They paid attention to the smallest details, things most guests would never think to ask for, and made sure every part of the morning felt special and well taken care of.

Together, this team represents the very best of what hospitality should be: attentive, warm, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring. I hope their contributions are formally recognized. I would highly recommend the Sheraton Grand to anyone, in large part because of the people who work there.
