Fantastic and Excellent
Fantastic room and hotels. Excellent services and hospitality. Big thanks to giving extra hours for check out plus fantastic housekeeping by Imran and fantastic guest handling by Eva at the restaurant! One more thing to add, should have more vegetarian variety and options in the restaurant as well in room dining. Thanks

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and I would especially like to give my sincere thanks to Imran from the Housekeeping team.

Fabulous vacation
Today is our final day at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai, and we are already feeling sad to leave. This has been our second stay here, and once again, it has been absolutely perfect. We are already talking about when we can come back for a third time!
The breakfast buffet is truly the best we have ever had in Dubai – an incredible variety, always fresh, and delicious every single morning. It's been one of the highlights of our days.
What makes this hotel so special, though, is the team. Every single staff member is responsive, professional, and genuinely eager to help with any request. They solve problems with a smile and make you feel like family.
Special thanks to the pool team, who made our days by the water so relaxing. Lifeguard Rayhan was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay, always checking on everyone with a warm smile. The pool bartender also kept us refreshed with fantastic drinks and great service.
As we pack our suitcases on this last day, we can honestly say we can't wait to return. Thank you, Sheraton Grand team, for another unforgettable holiday. See you very soon! Yelena Selivanova.

Had a truly enjoyable stay!
During my three-week stay, I had the opportunity to experience various accommodations, including the standard room, the grand suite, and the serviced apartment. The staff members were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making me feel as though I were in my own home. The breakfast offered a good selection of choices. The club lounge was truly fantastic, providing excellent food and service.
